Nishant ji, there are some reputed builders who will come in next 2-3 months. Right now many builders are delaying due to increase in construction cost and they are asking govt for changing the price as well. So, until cost of construction comes down or price increase, you may see a delay. 2. If there are 1.5 crores flat in that area then kindly check with real estate agent in that area. They will tell you that for people looking in that budget they have many options and they don’t prefer to buy here. Resale is very tough in that area. Infact fresh sale is also a problem.

Pls suggest if now after one year does it make sense to invest in this project as affordable have stopped coming plus real Gurgaon estate prices have really gone high in last one year. Regards
