Hey! I loved the workout it didn’t felt like workout that’s why i loved it. Then I completed my day one and it felt just like what I needed for my hip joints i felt so good thank you . The extra benefit is losing big thigh fat ! awesome
These workouts look great and easy was gonna do em tonight but after bowling today and doing other stuff today I feel already exhausted. But never gonna give up definitely gonna try these workouts.
I agree with the others, the exercises are all very similar, it's hard to understand exactly what's the difference between them and also I kept wondering how does the twisting and swinging of the hips slim the thighs? Maybe I got the title of the video wrong?

Can you please reply can it helped burn thigh fat and back thigh fat cause I tried so many workout but they don't give the results I expected I am struggling so much thigh and back thigh fat please give some tips
You cannot spot reduce fat from certain body parts. You have to lower body fat by being in a calorie deficit from diet & exercise. Also, thigh fat tend to be more stubborn fat area. Just be consistent & patient in weight loss. Do both cardio/strength training
@@Mitsuri___163 смотря сколько трениться. Я много двигаюсь. Для утренней зарядки использую иногда новые тренировки. Эту пробовала один раз. От одного раза конечно ни чего не меняется. Возможно если делать каждый день, то можно будет говорить о результатах именно этой тренировки. Когда делаю новые тренировки, мышцы, которые включаются при этом, более чувствительны, откликаются. Так и от этой тренировки почувствовала проработку мышц на которые обычно меньше уделяю внимание

Try 7 days straight. Take measurements and a before picture then after 7 consecutive days take measurements and an after picture and see if there is any improvement. I personally get bored doing some workout so i do 7 day challenges and then move on to another different video. Hope this helps

各動作に差異がないようなものが多く、何をしているか、何に効果があるのか分かりにくい動画でした。
解説がないと妙に腰を反ってあまり身体に良くないなと思ってしまいました。
お腹痩せの同じタイプのは動きに変化あるので分かりやすかったので、そちらを続けたいと思います!
動きの説明があると嬉しいです!見様見真似でやってみましたが正面の動画だけだとどう動けばいいのかよくわからず、、
お尻を後ろに突き出しながら、腰を回しています!
何が違うのかわからず悩みました^^;

然後每完成一分鐘後。注意腳的距離也會跟著改變!
腰間會感覺痠軟⋯
最後的動作就是臀部轉圈。舒緩腰臀。
