    INGREDIENTS
    50g unsalted butter
    200g whole milk
    10g (1½ teaspoons) fresh yeast
    375g strong white bread flour or Italian 00 flour
    3 generous tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    10g (1½ level teaspoons) fine salt

    The Grissini are incredible and I used this recepies most that 10 times, BUT I do not understand what is the idea of the last fold.
    After the 2nd proofing:
    - spread the dough
    - fold it - I do not understand the idea of this folding
    - spread it again ...

    INGREDIENTES
    50g de manteiga sem sal
    200g de leite integral
    10g (1½ colher de chá) de fermento fresco
    375g de farinha de pão branco forte ou farinha italiana 00
    3 colheres de sopa generosas de queijo parmesão ralado
    10g (1½ colher de chá rasa) de sal fino p vc ai so traduzir

    Mam I don't have oven so in cooker how long we have to cook the breadsticks to make it krispy

    learn what exactly? there are 0 measurements in the video, how on earth are we supposed to know how much flower, butter, milk etc we should use for 1 serving.

      Dima Al Sharif yes it was angry:P sry about that, was looking for a grissini recipe and i was frustrated cause i couldn't find the exact ingredients. liked the vid hehe.

    Really annoying: lots of Italian "how i feel about food" and no facts about how to make it. Im tired of how i feel about food, its all nonsense.
