They're doing a significant gameplay pass in the new year, with the goal to make each faction more able to "do stuff" and address a lot of the complaints people have with the periods where there's less action. I enjoy the game now, but I can't wait to see what happens when we get the faction reworks, economic updates, and creeps 2.0
@@BeoMulf I think there's bones of a great game in SG however after they released the Celestials i couldn't get myself to play anymore. Traumas from getting rushed with morph cores, argents, etc. Seeing how they confirmed that a lot of the units will get reworks since they were "first draft" gets me excited for the future. that being said fuck celestials i hate them
@@yblue6116 the concept of a race focused more around buildings is very cool. This first pass is just a biiiiit too abusive - but I'm glad it got in the hands of players to break it so fg can fix it
Damn, looks very vang favored now, Vulcan good unit when inf cannot afford enough weavers anymore, even when forsaking magmas. And weaves don't work as tanks no more, well it was good while it lasted ;-;

Ever since my hearing and vision recovered I've enjoyed these casts much more.
i feel like its a good sign that some of the korean pros seem to like stormgate. I know scan has been playing it a lot.
i hope this game can make a comeback in the 1.0 release. its so good to watch and (was) so good to play 1v1

the READABILITY of big fights is so good like its genuinely better than sc2 at this point
