Some people interpret the Bible as saying that women should not do any type of preaching to men - if you want to see what women may experience when their channels are not specifically aimed at women, go watch some How to Faith a Life videos. Some supposed Christians and Muslims go after her very hard.
@@username00009 I’ve watched How to Faith a life. I have no problem with her. I thinks she’s great. I’ve gotten some ideas from her. More people should watch her.
I make junk journals and have just started doing a prayer Bible after watching the Sisterita vids, and now yours. Using pretty card stock, I made pockets for the front two pages to hold all kinds of things-prayers, scripture cards, blank squares of pretty card stock for writing on. Just cut to size and using a strong glue such as fabri-tac, line 3 edges leaving the top edge open. You can 1/2 circle punch at the top to make it look cute and easier to pull things in/out. You can also glue an envelope down instead. Anyway just some ideas for you since you share YOUR ideas with us! Thank you for your vids!
Oh I love the idea of adding a pocket to the bible.. I was trying to figure out what to do with my tab guide. I may use this idea for that! Thank you for sharing!
Great tips! I also dabble in making junk journals and plan to incorporate some junk journaling ideas into my prayer bible, though I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet lol.
@@CydPiper I ended up taking a dollar store photo holder and cutting one of the pages to fit the Bible and washi taped that onto the Bible. There is a video about adding pockets on the channel and in the free hub
I just wanted to say thank you for your enhanced package! You are super organized and I thought it was a great value. I started with Sisterita and was glad to find out about prayer Bibles as this was new to me…but I need mine to be pretty but organized too. So happy you popped up on my feed.
Elmer's Craft Bond Repositional Glue Sticks! They are worth it for these types of projects. Any residue left if you move something will come up with a white eraser. ❤
You can also use things around your house: junk mail, a portion of a paper bag, or anything that you might have. Try those free paint color cards you see in the paint section of stores…just don’t go too crazy. You’d be amazed at how you look at things differently when you look…lol
I write poetry books. I average 100 poems a month. I try to tell a story quickly so I find myself going on “rabbit trails”. I get inspired by almost anything. I write down a verse someone talked about , go read it and then write a poem about that verse…
Thanks for your videos! I found Sisterita club the other week, and I've been contemplating creating my own Prayer Bible. I like to have multiple ideas to decide what will work best for me before I dive in. 🙂Instead of glue sticks, I use Tombow tape runners or something similar for scrapbooking, cardmaking and my bullet journals. I think that would work fine in the inside cover of the Bible.
Yes I was actually looking for one of those in my house. Couldn’t find one so that is why I grabbed the glue stick. I ended up using double sided tape and that held better. I completely agree with more ideas. I’m actually going to be redoing mine because of some issues I ran into. I’ll be posting about that in the next day or so
If you use liquid glue in the gutter then place the extra page in your Bible and hold for a few seconds it will stay secured permanantly !! Also tape runners work better than glue sticks i find or even liquid glue.
@@preciousjohnson2808 hello! If you go to www.threenailfaith.com/bible that will take you to the free version and you can purchase the full version through that link as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I’m wanting to know if the font size is big enough to read. I have a larger print Bible of course but I still want to be able to see the print on this one. Ty
Hello! The font is small but still readable to me. The font size is 6.1 so it is a small font. There are larger print compact bibles that you may way to check out.
@@marieray1181 that is perfectly ok! These are just suggestions. Use what you do have. If you have a bible and pens use that instead of highlighters. You could make the tabs out of paper and tape them on.
@@marieray1181keep in mind that you don’t have to make the whole thing at once. I’m starting by focusing on prayer itself, and I’m using a Bible study to help me choose my verses. I saw one person use small paper PostIt flags under the selected verses so she could move them to new verses later, and if you don’t have access to Avery or PostIt repositiionable page flags/tabs you can even use ribbons as book marks.
@@marieray1181Don’t worry about supplies. Focus on the goal-scripture & prayer. Then ask God to show you what you already have in your home that you can use…the end result will be more precious & personal to you from God. 🙏🫶🏼

Oh I agree! She just wanted to draw in a community, but they are for everyone. I love the Brotherita name you gave yourself!
Such a sweet comment ❤ brotherito😊

As a crafter, I don’t use the purple glue. Get super hold Elmers glue stick. The cheaper glue eventually lets loose.
