That Nelson NKJV text block is a classic! As a family we have that in three Holman thinlines (two black genuine leather, one brown leathertex) and one Nelson wide margin (black genuine leather). The only real competition in that format would a Diadem with book introductions. 🙏🤓✌️
I miss the early 2010’s of Allan bibles. I really wish Allan would do a CSB, reissue the NLT and NKJV, and start up the NASBs again. Also, just move all production to Jongbloed if Chant’s never coming back. 😭
The NKJV1 is one of my favorite Bibles. I sold a brand new perfect condition edition a few years ago and since I have never been able to locate another. Love that Bible my friend.

I had asked you before what Premium Bible you would recommend for a first premium Bible and you suggested the Schuyler Quentel or the Cambridge Topaz. In your opinion are these 2 Bibles better than an Alan Bible? Thank you so much and God Bless you. I did pre-order the Humble Lamb Good Shepherd one.
That's such a good question, Cindy. I'll say this... I personally love Allan, but I know a lot of people who say, "it's not my thing." I think Bibles from Schuyler and Cambridge are great quality and very consistent. Allan has some quirks, so they're not for everyone, but if you find one you love... they are great Bibles.

I don't understand the draw to having a full yapp. It just looks sloppy and odd to me.
I've never understood why bibles were bound from animal skin. Seems to contradict what Scripture teaches.
