Im new to bricklink so idk if I'm being a little too picky but my standards are high due to the fact so far ive ordered with about 15 different stores and 14 of them have been wonderful. The latest one I purchased about 180 different pieces, mostly torso, arm, and leg pieces. All of the pieces were delivered in the same plastic bag inside an envelope. The plastic bag had a hole in it so I'm missing two pieces. On top of that a good handful of pieces are either cracked or have bite marks all over them. The pieces were used but I have yet to have any issues with used pieces within reason and in this case the pieces weren't listed ahead of time as cracked or chewed on. Very frustrating.
false advertising is from what i know a refund reason on bricklink

I've had a couple orders lost over the years, but the seller always made good with a replacement or refund. Every used fig I've ordered has always been acceptable and in generally better condition than advertised.

😅this happened to me to except, a different fig. The story was: I’ve been trying to make an Uruk-Hai army, ever since Rivendell came out, well, I ordered a bunch of them in new condition, when they arrived they were in great condition, no cracks no bites.
Fast forward a month later,
I went to buy more, but in new condition they were, well, a lot more expensive. So I resorted to buying used figures. I bought four, and looked on eBay to see if there were more for cheaper, and there were.
When the ones from bricklink had arrived: two had cracks with pieces of the head broken off, the two others though were in great condition besides some wearing on the prints.
Edit: same case (even had said it was in excellent condition.)

Idk how people even damage minifigures that badly, my samukai minfigure from 2011 still can pass as new, its like they damage it on purpose to sell it for cheap and make profit.

I’ve had mine for about 10 years now (I was 4 when I got the original Indiana jones figure) in its perfectly fine. Some kid must’ve really played with that thing…

Some days ago i ordered a classic two-face from lego batman 1 videogame minifigure from bricklink and a lego classic batman from that videogame too. They are both used, batman was in good used conditions, two-face only a tiny crack on torso (i don't know in what part of the torso). I just have to wait and see when they will arrive

Usually shipping from other countries is a lot more expensive but it depends on where you are or where the seller is. Sometimes it can be around £20 or more though
