I initially didn't want to do that, because I myself sometimes buy only a couple of pieces, but today I got an order for 4 technic pins which is just hilarious. After PayPal charges, I just end up losing money and have to go to the postal office for that one order. So should I add a minimum order value or just add a fee for small orders?
That's a really good question! I have always been extremely reluctant to add a minimum buy so what I did instead is add a 30¢ fee on all orders under $1. Hope this tip helps.

Sounds great! You can go to your orders section, click on the order ID and then look in the top right corner below the "grand total". Unfortunately not all sellers provide tracking, but you can always try messaging the seller.

If you can connect your visa (debit or credit) to Paypal you should be fine. Gift cards unfortunately won't work

Because I order a minifigure and show I can’t cancel it and it show I still need to pay because I put to use a card and I didn’t used one in bricklink
Hey sorry to hear that. You should try reaching out to the seller and request to cancel the order.
It made me pick PayPal but it would let me put my PayPal account.
