The kids always seem to enjoy the petting zoo! It being so hot the kangaroo was conserving energy by laying around! That’s what Tex did those hot weeks according to Lester. During these trips you need some cool neck wraps to keep the heat at bay!

I have a friend with several mini horses. They take them to nursing homes, prisons, hospitals. Just about anywhere. I guess they are considered therapy animals. The looks on peoples faces as they interact is priceless. If they are raised kindly they are precious

Good morning Stephanie and Buddy. Off to the county fair we go, all looking so cool. First stop the petting zoo where the little animals were just a hit. Elora loved her little kids (goats), mini horse, and little highland cows. Buddy was feeding the alpaca/llama and I was thinking look out they like to spit but that one behaved real well. Elora you could tell loved all the animals. Shopping for the other ladies, Bri, Jami, and Lyssa oooo wonder what they received? Looked like everyone had fun and that is what going to the county fair is about. Thanks for sharing and taking us along.

Elora with the pony was the sweetest ever and she didnt want to leave. Lesters new rescue if " tamed " would make a beautiful horse for Elora. We have a hugh county fair up here. When I go, I can not see it all in one day. Good family fun...love the Denman Family 👪 ❤ 💙 😊

Elora was having such a good time loving on all the animals 🥰🤗 I see a pony in her future? 🤞😀 (but so heartbreaking to see the animals in the cramped condtions in the Texas heat 😟 & i’m not sure that that kangaroo/wallaby(?) was ok?.. 😥)
I swear I could smell all that good BBQ through my screen. I have been going to our fair for as long as I can remember. We have never had kangaroos zebra turtle and all the rest of the exotic animals. That is so cool. You all must have melted a little in that heat. Thanks for taking us along on the adventure 😊
The petting Zoo was awesome with all those babies. So darn cute. That mini horse is adorable. I use to go to the county fair in SanDuego. We went every year . I can't remembervthe first time but I was young. We went to San Diego Zoo every year at lest 4 times a year. It was so cheap back then. Kids under 17 were free. It's not like that any more. I moved when I was 18 from that area to Idaho and Washington. I can't get around much now so it's been about 10 years sence I've been to a fair. I co miss going. So much fun and lots of good foods. Thankyou for bringing us along. ❤❤❤❤

I loved going to those as A kid and took my Sons when they were growing up as well. We also have A big fair here every year, we’ve always enjoyed that too! Think I will go this year it’s in October. Fair Food, Ferris Wheel & Fall ❤️

My first horse ride was at a county fair! I loved horses after that. They had a pretty good selection of animals although I was a little worried about the small kangaroo. Elora is really an animal lover ❤️

You have to be carful what one you go to. I had people making bad gestures and wouldn’t stop following me at the state fair we have and every year we had a shooting or stabbing. This one looks like a nice one.

The horses is always my favorite part of any fair. I didn't make it to the horse barn this year at the Iowa State fair though. Just couldn't walk that far this year. They took the free tractor pulling the wagon ride away, claiming it was too dangerous. Now want people to instead either bring their own or rent electric scooters cause somehow having hundreds of those running around is safer. I'm getting to old to do all that walking and can't afford the 80.00 to rent a scooter so until this year i haven't went for a few years now, since they took the tractor rides away. Thank you for taking us along with you to the fair.
