Lord Brahma started the process of creation near the banks of Brahmasarovar. Brahasarovar was created by Brahma himself before creation. He did his penance before Lord Shiva before creation here. Brahmasarovar is in Kurukshetra which is having a size of more than 200 kilimeters circumference.
