@@notfiveothe old lady that swallowed the fly! 😂
I had a breast augmentation last year in march. After they healed i noticed one was lower than the other. I was freaking out at first. Then I looked at my before pictures and noticed one of them sits a little lower than the other naturally on my body. But I’m very happy with my results. My doctor did a great job!
I have 350cc Round
Dual plane pocket
Before i was an A now im a D
I m currently a small B an I was wondering if you think breast augmentation is worth it? I am worried because they are known to fail after 10 years. I feel like having bigger breasts genuinely is impactful in life, not just for self-esteem, but I am scared of putting a foreign thing in my body. Has your experience been good overall? did it hurt a lot? Do you have any issues with backpain? Sorry for so many questions lol im just rly curious. Whyd you pick round instead of teardrop and do you think they look sorta natural after a year?
@@draculinalilith396 I can speak from my experience. I had the implants put in not just for size but for the reason that the shape of my breasts were almost tuberous - in that it looked like gynecomastia if you’re interested. Assuming that the distress that your current breasts brings you is similar or even surpass mine, I’d say that it’s worth it, because the effect on you from the cons of getting breast implants is overridden by the relief it provides. But here are some things that you might want to be aware of:
- implants look and feel natural when you’re standing, and leaning over, but if you’re lying down, if you have it under the muscle (which will be the case if you don’t start with enough tissue), your breasts will feel hard and the implants are visible. But it’s only this position that’s problematic, or when you stretch your pectoral muscles such that the implants are flattened by it, as the resistance creates this feeling of toughness (at least that’s my hypothesis on the cause)
- animation deformity from under the muscle placement will probably occur (unless your surgeon uses the dual-plane technique, but this means the removal of a portion of your pectoral muscles). So it will move around while you tense your pecs.
My experience has been good though, I notice a bit of back pain but that’s likely as I don’t really exercise so my muscles are weak. This never manifested until I started slouching while doing work so it might be that too.
You don’t feel anything during surgery (general anaesthesia), you sleep then wake up with boobs. They’re hard and tender and you have a few crises but then they begin to look and feel natural by some point - the 6 month mark (for me).
My experience with pain was that… honestly it wasn’t bad, I’d describe it as maybe some aching for the first three days? Mild pain basically. People are different though, I’ve heard accounts from girls who were in agony the first few days. Idk if I just tolerate pain better or if it’s my anatomy, but I was fine.
The most annoying part was having to sleep facing the cieling and not being able to do chores for a while. I was back in school within a week, at that point I didn’t hurt at all.
I also picked round. I did so as I’m iffy about teardrops still, I know that they say that they’ve created a coating for those implants that aren’t linked to cancer but smooth round implants have been used long enough that I’m sticking with what I perceive to be safer. But on this note you should do your own research as my words are nothing but paranoid speculation.
Nah, they look fake.

Its just wild to me that we put foreign objects in our body and expect it to all be fine and work out perfect.
It usually does though 🤷♀️
Amen, friend!
MOST of the time it does. That's why people expect it to. If the surgeon does it correctly then it will.
@@alishajennings2013 that the case in most situations. The other variable is whether your body rejects it or not.
Still in most case both those variables have a slim chance of having this big of issues.
I think pretty much everyone looks fine the way they are. I personally think making changes for looks is mostly bad.
Eek. The after results for Dr. Dubrow’s correction ARE technically better than the before, but I’m going to cherish my natural , 45 year old, 2 babies later Bs. Too much can go wrong from augmentation.
Yeah, tbh I thought it looked like two tennis balls taped to her chest 😬
@@BdkdklllvvI agree, but if she’s happy with them I guess that’s good. I would be crying if I got them, tho
@@Am3lia77 very true!
That left boob definitely didn't look good. I'll keep my natural ones, they're already Ds anyway😂 I don't need any more back pain.
I was literally just joking to a friend that post baby #2 I am now officially a member of the itty bitty titty comittee and I love it because I can comfortably go braless in my own home lol
The gold standard for ads about skincare. LOL Love this Dr. Youn!
J don't Know...🤔The breast seems so unnatural even after the last surgery....Two balls attached on a skinny trunk. There is no fat to cover the prothesis.
I love Dr. Youn's attitude.
Thank God we have surgeons with the right expertise and painkillers and anaesthesia
Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to cosmetic procedures. You treat everyone’s perspective as valid and when you disagree, it is the most respectful disagreement.
I can't believe Dr Dubrow found this an acceptable result
I mean, she's very thin - they're going to look bolted on no matter what.
You need to remeber it can only be judged after what result they can get at all.
I ain’t paying for y’all’s therapy. 😂 I love you Dr! ❤
This was so informative. And affirms I do not want implants. However, after 5 years of breastfeeding my kids I need a lift. Is there any way to get a lift without implants?
This is exactly me! I'll need a lift after breastfeeding. You can get a lift without implants but usually means a scar around the nipple and down the under boob. (which I don't think I'd mind)
Yes, it’s definitely possible to get a lift without implants ☺️
@@Moogle0oogle my only concern is, I wouldn’t have much after the lift. I guess it’s better than having them sag though.
@@wardenofazkabanThey don’t always remove tissue, I’d look further into it if you’re interested :)
Did you exercise...chest exercises and always wore a bra even while you sleep before having children? I think that's what has keep mine nice looking after having 2 children and breastfeeding the 1st year. Exercises and wearing bra's are the secret fyi I'm a Black woman almost 50 yrs old❤
When you reference releasing the muscle does that eventually heal? Also wouldn't that tend to cause issues lifting things if the pectoral muscles were cut and/ or shifted around?
I would love to see how a surgery to reshape a nipple would look like. If I do a lift or augmentation, I would look for a niple resizing but I have no idea about the results or complications.
I had the third one just now and I gotta tell you it isnt amazing cause you have no guaranteed results hence the skin around the nipple tends to losen again and again (at least in my case)
@@lights3589 thank you so much for the info!!
It was the same for me. They revised one nipple after surgery to make it smaller and it stretched back out.
@@nerakulous ty for sharing! My skin tends to extend so I have my doubts. Any of you got implants when you had the resize procedure? Or it was just the resize?
Necrosis on the nipples

The after looks bad but not botched.
At first the Youn Beauty add scared the shit out of me but afterwards I loved it 😂
I’ll never understand why people can’t just be happy with the size boobs they have in the first place unless they’re so huge they give you a back ache or something to that affect.
I just wouldn’t take the chance on all this crap. But of course that’s just me.
I agree that it's hard to understand, but I've seen too many girls sad or feeling less beautiful or less "woman" because they have small breasts. There is hardly any "small brests" rappresentation in media and this only makes it worse, I know it sounds silly but it's kind of how men can be unhappy with the size of their penis, the difference is that everyone can see boob size (or kind of)
.....the old adage, "Anything more than a handful or a mouthful is a waste!"
It’s easy to say that but when you’re made fun of ruthlessly all your life by multiple people, family, friends and strangers for being flat chested you might feel differently. Add societal pressures on larger breasts being sexy and here we are…however, watching these shows of women wanting over 800 cc breast implants is crazy. I feel sorry for the women who get botched or go so big they have physical problems from it.
@@giuba98 it’s interesting, cause in my experience of having small boobs, it’s only ever other girls/women that have tried to make me feel bad about it. I’ve never had men comment on my body, and my ex-boyfriend said boys don’t really give a shit (unless they’re superficial losers).
@@MNlaw1234I’ve been made fun of for being flat-chested plenty, but I can confidently say I don’t want implants 😅
To be fair, my parents have always told me I’m beautiful and raised me to feel good about myself and have self-esteem, but I know growing up with a family that makes fun of you (for anything) severely effects self-image and it’s awful that anyone would have to live in that environment.
*sigh* i always think it so unfair how during puberty my Bs somehow had stretch marks and yet i see women expanding their breasts so much and yet no stretch marks form. im jealous of some peoples skin elasticity.
I had a friend who had terrible stretch marks after breast reconstruction after mastectomies for breast cancer. She wanted her breasts to be very big - this resulted in dozens of stretch marks. It happens.😮
honestly having stretch marks are more normal than not having them. I’m a b and I have stretch marks too - the thing is with these shows is that the quality is usually not hd (especially after going thru youtube compression - sometimes twice in this case!) and old stretch marks blend into the skin much better than fresh ones. i also wouldn’t be surprised At All if they were covering up any stretch marks with makeup - I’d be more surprised to learn that they weren’t tbh
Well... this was informative. Had no idea implants could have uniboob. 😢 These poor women probably had soo many neck/shoulder problems with those muscle issues.
When I was 12 I wanted implants so badly but I am glad I never got them because they eventually grew and yeah, gravity. now I do pushups and chest presses to work on the pectorals. Now many people are talking about removing implants due to cancer concerns. I do have a dental implant though, because a tooth had to be pulled.
God, dental implants. I wish people (and insurance companies) took them more seriously. My old dentist really messed up half my molars, left me with major stress and panic at the sound of drills and an inability to chew properly on the side of my mouth. But apparently getting the rest buffed off to get a reconstructive crown from a new doctor (who could actually experience empathy) was considered "cosmetic" and insurance wouldn't cover it. I was very lucky my family could afford it! The mess is never going to be 100% resolved, but I was able to reclaim more comfort and functionality than I had in ages.
God, I can’t believe we live in a society that would make a 12 year old want breast implants
I see so much of this
These videos really make me realize how lucky I am. About 11 years ago I got ridiculously oversized implants, 1400cc overfilled saline, under the muscle. They took about a year to fully heal and drop into shape. They're still beautiful to this day though, thank goodness!
I don't know anything about breast augmentation. How big is 1400ccs (like in cup size I guess)? I'm just curious because you said "ridiculously oversized" lol
@@jesussaves6625 they ended up after healing to be a G or H cup.
@@SaraWOanH I don't want to be rude or j intrusive, I'm just curious since you brought it up. What made you decide to get implants that size? Doesn't it make things more difficult to have such a large chest? Do you have trouble finding well fitting clothing?
I had a breast reduction at 13 (DDD was not fitting anymore, in a very small frame, and this was almost 30 years ago, so not as many affordable options for larger sized bras and support garments). All I remember is the negatives of having large breasts, so that's why I asked. Thank you if you choose to answer. Have a nice day.
@@jesussaves6625 I just always wanted large round fake looking breast, from when I was young, I remember wanting those round fake boobs. So when I was old enough, I took the opportunity to do it. I didn't have small breasts previously, I was a c/d cup, but that fake round look was all I ever wanted. I don't have problems with clothes, bras are so so, bras have always always been a pain so that's not much changed there. I love that they're fake so I can go bra less as much as I want, they don't sag. As I'm starting to get older though I'm am starting to worry about them bursting, I do bump them when leaning in the washing machine and a few other little things like that. But I still love them, don't regret them and I can't imagine how sad I will be one day if one or both rupture. No regrets though.

Cute ad for your skincare products!
I had implants put in over 11 years ago. Unfortunately, I have been sick within a few months after getting them. I will be removing them next month. I can hardly wait. I will say to save some money just in case you are one of the unlucky women that end up with breast implant illness. Trust me it costs way more to remove them than it did to put them in.
I want to get implants so much after 50 months of breastfeeding but i'am scared of the risks and the money to mantain them later.

I don't understand why her nipples are blurred out. If this were a video about breast reduction in men, this wouldn't happen. Why are women's nipples shamed in this way?
That ad was hilarious
😮😮 the final result still looked bad to me! I’ve seen PLENTY of boobs in my life to kno that… THAT doesn’t look right. Ummm…wtf???!
I'm just left thinking why do this to yourself unless it's for reconstruction? So much pain for vanity.
Oh dear….
Can you see a capsular contracture on an MRI or CT scan?
We are only talking about the elephant trunk boob when the other one is bad and botched as well
I have a loss for words
Idk if you'll see this, but im realllllly curious.... Why is there so much leeway with ways surgeries can be done? If everything was uniform wouldnt there be less cases or bad surgeries?
Lol, your commercial 😂😂😂
Probably the only video I liked specifically for the commercial lol!
My left breast is lower than my right because the doctors who performed the op made one pocket bigger than the othrr
I so appreciate your information
Do these people sue the Doctors after they have been "botched?"
So glad I never got breast implants, Im 56 now, of course I always had great breasts, now theyre a little saggy but Im fine with aging!
Love that youn beauty ad 😂
I didn't like the before or after. The after did look alot better but they didn't look natural at all. I'm all about natural so not my cup of tea.
I know why I have chosen you as my surgeon if I need❤
I wish I could get mine fixed. I already had one much bigger than the other after my first pregnancy, and I wore an insert in my bra to even them up, but I’ve been really sick and lost 100 pounds, and it was rapidly enough that I have a lot of loose hanging skin, like people who’ve had bariatric surgery. So now my “big” boob isn’t as big and has a lot of loose skin, but it’s still bigger than my small one, so I have to wear the insert. But the larger deflated one now hangs lower, so I’m still uneven.
You can book a session, so I can take a closer look into your situation.
doctor youn! a friend of minies has imbalanced glutes one is smaller than the other. how can she fix them to be the same size!?
I need to see this
Poor lady.

Dr Youn, what about over the muscle, for older ladies?
Dr Youn, do you have a video on the difference between breast implant/augmentation and breast lift on clinically menapaused women? 🤔
😮 I’m thinking about getting a reduction because they’re too big, anyone need some extra tissue? 😂
😁. I had one done 33 years ago. I had it done at a university hospital. The skin bank took my excess skin, the gynecology department took the breast tissue and the blood I gave to use if necessary went to the blood bank. Best thing I ever did. I was 30 when I had it done. They told me I would need a breast lift at 50. I am 63 and they ( the nipples) still are “looking” in the right direction.
5:38 HNNN METAL GEARRR...
He was charging...😮
I'm glad mine are real
Ok, now we need another doctor to do an explanation of your explanation of his explanation.
I'm sorry, but the correction still looks really weird, or will it get better? Maybe because she's tiny up top and she rides horses 🐎 they might end up looking the same way. Hope not. I'm glad she's extremely happy. 😊
Nope, they still look strange. Implants terrify me
What does "release the muscle" mean?
Elephant trunk, that, too
Will you be repairing this lady’s breast
I'm curfuzzled how I can get scarification, tattoos, piercings, and be interested in levitation and branding...but no way in hell are you ever gonna stick implants in me!!!! Hell no!!!! That scares the 💩 outta me.
I've had an SMX with an expander which is under the muscle. I'll be having reconstruction in a few months. Is there anything I should be aware of to make sure I don't have an animation deformity, or at least have it minimized. It is still quite high after 6 months, but the doctor says it should drop in a year, and that the implant will be more comfortable. I'll also have an operation on the other so they match. I'll be making them smaller than I was. Going from a D to a B. When you get older, you realize bigger boobs are not the best option.
Also, the expander is really uncomfortable, especially when sleeping. Is that normal? There are a lot of weird pains and numbness due to the loss of nerves and lymph node removal etc.,
I had a breast augmentation about five years ago and I couldn’t be happier!!! I went with 500cc silicone and it was put under the muscle. I was a large C to a D before and now I’m wearing a 38DDD! They look amazing and no one believes that they are fake! You can’t see or feel the implants which I was worried about and my scar is hidden under the crease but you can’t really see it anyway. I’m so glad I didn’t watch the show Botched before I had it done or I would’ve chickened out!!
What type did u get for the natural feel and look
@@g0thfae I went with a high profile silicone and they were placed under the muscle. It helps that I was almost a D cup before I got my implants.

What does it say on that black and white dog behind you? I think a teacher of mine in elementary school may have had one like it. It's familiar and catches my eye anyway.
I didn't even really notice the dog sign until I read your comment, and then I HAD to find the answer.😅 So I took a screenshot and Googled the image and found it. Apparently it's a quote from the poet/author Martin Buxbaum, and it says, "A dog wags its tail with its heart."

Wait, wait, wait… you’re using my allergy medication
At 9:35:Dr Youn says about his patient: "You can see, releasing that muscle, such a better result." Humm, I can't really see the difference. Without the "Before" and "After" labels, I wouldn't know which was which.
It's pretty easy to see for me. the left ones looks droopier, more flattened cause of the droopiness while the right ones are more perky.
Also, I noticed she was doing slightly different poses for both pictures. You can see in the after photo that she’s pushing her shoulders back. Whereas in the before, her arms are pinned against her sides
