She was my Sunday School teacher and close friend to my mom, she was a lovely woman. I listened to all her albums over and over as a child. Made a huge impact in My life.

This song came running back into my mind after so many years in my subconscious. A time in my life when I needed the Lord's strength and mercy to overcome the grip of sin. I had to ask God for strength one-day-at-a-time to keep going. Then I realized the truth in this song...so powerful a prayer it is.

My new roomates put on one of their christian records and I heard for the first time Wanda singing 'Turn Your Radio On'. It was wonderful to listen to such a catchy melody. This took place in Manurewa around mid 70's right after I gave my life to The LORD. I'd have to say that God touched me through the splendid beauty of your country. What A Blessed Country!
