With a free day and armed with a Transdev DayTripper ticket, I decided to head over to Lancashire to sample the now established Ribble Country network using a new fleet of Mellor Strata Ultra vehicles purchased new for the contracts in March. The launch of the new network, in partnership with the local council, saw a simplified network introduced with these vehicles now been a staple part of the Ribble valley from Clitheroe to Colne and everywhere inbetween. In this video we take a trip on a few services and see how the buses, passenger numbers and brand is all going.
And yes as mentioned in the video, the Team Pennine Mellor Strata Ultra vehicles are due out very very soon (i.e. are been prepped for service as I type this!) so once they are out expect a video on them too!

Great video And More Central I been on the Riddle Valley network as well when they launched early this year they are nice buses a bit bumpy if you sat at the back transdev is a good bus company and Mella statra buses I think the rotra group like Preston bus and diamond bus have those buses as well as well as transdev Rosso and Keighley and soon Team pennies.
