@ James said he writes down 10 ideas a day. Dedicating time to reintroducing ourselves to our creativity and spiritual side can only help. These two are so important.
A few ideas to help get you started:
      1) Go to your settings - in the RUclips app - and set it on an HR timer.
Technology was given to a set of spoiled, entitled, and pacified generations. From the 60's to now. 🤷🏿‍♂️We abuse this tech and now it controls us.
      2) Ponder on your youth. For now, the happy parts. What did you enjoy doing? What came naturally to you? Physical arts, depiction arts, voice, instrument?
Filter your thoughts through these happy memories and nostalgic times.
      3) Sit outside - on your porch/patio, go to a park - where ever it is, be sure it is just you and nature. Sit quietly, close your eyes, breath, and consider that you have no limits on your mind. That it is just you and a God that supports your free will to be creative, a God that is proud of you.
(Try this even if you don't believe)
      4) Write 10 ideas.
Self love is the most powerful resource. You realize it, when it's real, that it's not about being *self-centered* , it's the opposite.
I'd be happy to read some of you want to share later. 🙏🏿🙂
