I like Scott. Pulls a piece of grass out of the puppies stomach. "That was great. Great team effort." I would love to work for someone like him.
same
For Dexter, we call these “push pins” in California. Ouch!!!! Those things are soooo sharp!! I’m glad you could get him before it caused harm! His poor cries, though! So heart wrenching!
Scott loveyourwork
Or thumb tacks
Anyone else here familiar with the book The Crows of pearblossom by Aldous Huxley???😮 😬
The catastrophic thing about Gorilla Glue is that its activated by moisture.
wow i never knew 0o0
Never heard or such a thing like Gorilla glue
@@tomelinebombadil8325 it’s a brand of super glue
@@nova._.1386 thanks
All Cyanoacrylate adhesives, aka. super glue, cure when in contact with moisture
Wow, I've had some mouthy dogs but I am so happy to say not one ever ate anything they shouldn't.
Good job everyone!
That’s a push pin! I thought you meant a drawing pen the whole time! 😂🤣
here in south texas USA, We call it a thumb tack.
Drawing pin is the name of them in the UK.
@@_JiminyCricket_ that is what they were saying, that is what the call thumb tacks in the UK.
@@_JiminyCricket_ they were saying drawing PIN
SAME!!!
2computer keyboards. 1 toothbrush. Part of a leather sofa. 1 package of sewing needles. 1 unopened pack of Midol. Salmon poisoning. The best vet in the world. My boy Che has cut it close many times.
Omg sewing needles???? You must have an amazing vet!
I appreciate that the vets take time to reassure the animals ❤
One of my dogs ate a washcloth and had to have surgery to remove it when he was a puppy. Several years have passed since then and we have to be very careful to keep him away from kleenex and paper towels as he tries to eat those now (not as bad as washcloths). That was a horrible experience for us!
Fortunately my cats just shred paper products. Any consumption is purely accidental 😂
Another issue with gorilla glue is that it foams and expands in the presence of water. Great for woodworking, but not so much inside a stomach
I hope we get taught endoscopic procedures at school. They're pretty neat!
wth pets/or animals in general rly just eat anything they see but i love how bondi vet for put everything they got to help animals each and everyday to save their lives 🥰 it make so many people like me happy including they owners
In Canada we call those a tac . A drawing pin I was thinking it was a straight pin or something like that lol.
It's commonly used word in England as drawing pin. 🤷🏻♀️
Hey Scott, what you call a "drawing pin" in England, here is the USA it is known as a "thumb tack" in the south, and a "push pin" in the north.
I grew up most of my life in Ohio and call it a thumb tack, I wonder which southern relative passed that on.
I don't know why the two are split up..? To each their own over all.
@@catloverKD I'm from deep south Texas (San Juan) to be exact. We call it a thumb tack. We are four hours south of San Antonio Texas.
@@beckygarza9348 were I am from in California we call it a straight pin.
A thumb tactic is something we use to tactic down shelf paper in our cupboard in California.
We're I live now in the south we have interstates in California they call it freeway. It's funny how different states have different words to describe things.

u can do what you ever want
I hope that the owners learn to keep their things out of their puppies reach. The closest thing any puppy I've known to eat something strange is my brother's Pointer and that is paper towels and tissues, which thankfully came out of him in the end. I have taught mine and his that which is something they can eat and which isn't. Also have told them that if my brother or I don't give it to you you don't eat it. We also keep things out of their reach. I hope the owner of the chicken coop fixes it so snakes can't get in. Happy trails to you. God bless.
Poor Ollie. A sock of all things. 😮
Our black lab and his brother ate a couch. I came home from work and there was cushion foam all over my living room. I almost fainted. Lol. Needless to say, I got a new couch out of the deal. Locked the dogs in the porch while I was at work from then on.
In Canada, we call those pins a "push pin"
thank you for helping so many dogs
this has got to be the SADDEST looking lab i have ever seen. poor baby 😭
But they're saving lives. You're looking at the negative.
I couldn't figure out what a drawing pin was and here we call it a thumb tack lol
I thought they were talking about a pin you draw with. lol.
@@girlpower4589 same here lol
Thanks to the doctors/vets professionalism and maybe luck, they survived ❤. Lots of adorable dogs. Happy end 🥰.
Well all videos had great results👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 congratulations to the vets🌷🌷
A coworker's lab ate the chocolate and Peeps in the Easter basket. Then she ate the ham. When her family got back from church with their guests the Easter feast was ruined.
I know how Dexter's mommy feels. Soxglad that darn pin was removed before it did any damage!
My dog had subcutaneous emphysema and i was in an emotional roller-coaster for 2 weeks! She was confined for 17 days and im aoxgrateful to God for guiding her vets. ❤🎉
so wonderful beautiful video friends i love it see what’s the name with the blue jack on
I don't like snakes believe me, not one iota. But poor Rocky. You know that has to hurt. 😢😢 Sorry Dr. Chris that you didn't get to see your parents. 😢 ❤
My dog that died a long time ago got sick from Foxfire fungus when he went outside cuz it was on the trees and he somehow swallowed a squeaker from a toy and then he got really really sick and died in the vet :(
We call them push pins. Drawing pin to us something we use to draw on paper. I was a little confused with the names.
I can’t believe the kitty who ate the Tiffany bracelet didn’t make the list!
Once I found a poo shaped dish cloth in the yard. If Jake had gotten sick, we would have never known what had caused it. He was our first dog. We are much smarter dog owners now, thanks to him😂.
Poor Teddy. ❤
Great job to all Bondi Vets. I love what ya'll do. 🙏💜🙏 You're God's helpers to His animals. 💜💜
Dr Scott Mills is brilliant simple has!he gives everything to all animals and their families because he knows how much pets are families lives and he has his own,and to move from Australia 🇦🇺 to the UK 🇬🇧 just shows he knows he can go back to help if needed! He’s awesome and an amazing, kind human being!❤ to you pal!Rhys from Wigan,Greater Manchester!❤
Poor Rocky 😢😢😮
I haven't been able to find these just a few.
can the guy voicing over "AT NUMBER FIVE" scream any louder geez
It's funny how the uk and Canada have do many different names for the same things we call that a push pin lol
We call those stick pins. 📌 Or thumbtacks. But either way, good job in getting it out. 👏 ❤
I just call them tacks always have.
OMG. Completely insane.
We call them push pins.never heard them called drawing pin.
The mutter museum has a collection of things that people swallowed. 🤯😱🙄
Wow, I have never seen anyone trying to save a snake. eeeek, I cant stand snakes but am happy they were able to help it.
lots of people keep them as beloved pets
We had a case of gorilla glue at my clinic years ago, it was so scary!!!
That dog got lucky. Calling Gorilla Glue a super strong adhesive is a understatement, especially the caulk. I use it at work and whatever I glued will not come up/off again LOL Like a tub surround, it would be easier to just cut the wall out and replace it XD I feel for the guy who has to replace whatever it is bc it got ruined by the tenants. You can legit stop leaks underwater with the caulk, about the only thing it wont stick to is a smooth and dirty surface, it will end up sticking to the dust more than the smooth surface and unstick after a few months. You could probably take a cinderblock, glue it upside down on a wet surface and only need to hold pressure on it for 60 seconds. I love the stuff. XD
My dog ate half a bar of soap and on the surgery to get that out we discovered he’s allergic to meat compounds and has a very sensitive tummy
My mum has mild dementia. I keep finding paper towels in my dogs' poop... I caught my mum tossing a wadded up paper towel into my bedroom. Turns out she was giving the dogs bits of treats, meat, cheese and things she spat out wrapped in paper towels. Her logic? She thought the dogs would tear the paper towels to get to the treat and leave the "wrapping" behind. I have told her to stop but I still keep finding pooped out paper towels when cleaning up dog poop so I assume she is still at it. I have hidden the napkins and paper towels.
Question, why are scar tissue an issue for surgery?
@@_JiminyCricket_ Oh. ok... that's interesting... thanks
Scott would opt for surgery any time he could. He only tried twice and not for very long. I have seen Sash try half a dozen times to get something out to avoid surgery.
I think it’s pretty likely they cut most of Dr. Scott’s attempts. If it had been successful they would have shown more of the attempts to build the tension. As surgery was necessary, I think it likely they cut most of the endoscope procedure in favor of the surgery footage. Of course I can’t know, bear in mind this has all been edited and isn’t a straight retelling.
I still want to know why they call that particular push pin a drawering pin!!!!!!
Per British definition:
a short flat-headed pin, used for fastening paper to a wall or other surface; a thumbtack.
@@musicalatv but that doesn't explain how they call it a draw-ering pin! it's a push pin because you push it through a piece of paper and into the wall with that flat surface!
@@sharcrum they use different terminology in Britain, for them they call it a drawing pin.
@@musicalatv I realize that. I just wonder why and where the logic comes from.
My dog eats everything from lighters to Surgical gloves pretty much everything. I have to really watch her all the time.
Golden Retriever and poodle
I googled it too 😂
what about the snake that ate a towel?
By biggest horror was when my doxie are a roll of tums. I was soooo very lucky that the vet said it wasn't a problem. But my husbands dog ate his bridge of false teeth!
I had a marble egg in my coop. King and gopher snakes crawl through it looking for mice and eggs. The egg disappeared and later I could smell something decomposing under the coop. Poor snake. I quit using fake eggs.
People need to watch there dogs make sure they don’t put anything in there mouth.
It has to been in cutad for the dog
Un cutad
I'm surprised that dogs as a species have survived this long. They're not the brightest bulbs in the pack...🙄 Sounds like some of these idiot dogs should wear muzzles...
exactly, they should always wear muzzles.
I wonder if it has something to do with boredom. I can't imagine a wolf pup getting in that kind of trouble.
@@girlpower4589 that’s abusive
What breed is this beautiful ginger puppy?
Wouldn't a magnet help grab a pin? Also, can't the food be pulled out in the hope of the pin coming with it? Just a thought.
@@_JiminyCricket_ Then it would stab to matter how you grabbed it. With a magnet, it would hold the metal part.
The magnet would start to pull on the pin immediately once it got close, regardless of if there is tissue you in the way. This can easily lead to puncture. It’s why toys with small magnets that can come loose get banned. If a child swallows them they can quickly become deadly. Unless of course you use a weaker magnet, in which case it wouldn’t be strong enough to pull it out through the small gaps.
As a nurse, I want to see the actual surgery, not the blurred one.
I'm in the USA How much is a kelo?😮
1 kilo is about 2.204 us pounds 😊
