    *TIPS:*
    - BE INTENTIONAL
    - BE DEFINITIVE
    - SLOW DOWN, BREATHE, PAUSE
    - REDUCE FILLER WORDS/PHRASES
e.g. ‘like’ ‘just’ ‘so’ ‘um/uh’ ‘you know’
    - LIVE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
    e.g. ask ‘scenario’ questions
    e.g. address needs, traits, demographics
    - REPHRASE "I" PHRASES
“I think this is good” 🠒 “this is good”
    “I think we should” 🠒 “why don’t we try…”
“I need your help” 🠒 “I’m thankful for your support”
“I will make it” 🠒 “I am making it”
    “I deserve more” 🠒 “I’m getting more”
    “I hope you’ve been well” 🠒 “I trust you’ve been well”
    “I hope they are…” 🠒 “I trust they are…”
“He should know…” 🠒 “I trust he knows...”

I learned in my college writing class to eliminate "I feel.. I think.." and just to state what needs to be said. it was a life changing thing for me to learn and I love every time you share this! it makes you much more credible and confident.

Thanks for providing your knowledge and observations. This is very high level guide to some of the more specific nuance that I seek in my own professional speaking skills. It's great to be succinct and yet at the same time light and easy going, powerful yet vulnerable... Everybody wants to be accepted, and at the same time they want a leader. Great job, and keep up the pursuit of greatness. 👍

Hi Ariel! Thank you for your videos. I am physical therapist, and also self diagnosed ADHD so your tips for slowing down, being definitive, and taking time to reduce filler words, and get to the point have been helpful in my interactions with patients! I find myself feeling more empowered during these conversations, and have found myself being able to focus And keep track of my thoughts much easier. Thank you 😊

Thank you for this video and the breakdown of social cues that we tend to not notice or comprehend without additional guidance! Can you explore how to stand out in conversations? In a way that your voice is heard and not cut off by others? I'd love to hear what is the best way to establish yourself without being rude.

As a young woman in a teaching position, I've had trouble with children and their parents not respecting me, and treating me as if I'm a student teacher. It's a bit frustrating seeing my coworkers who have the same or even less experience than me being treated like adults, while I'm still asking the kids to not call me by just my first name. I've implemented some other methods to assert myself a bit more, and I'll keep these tips in my arsenal :).

Hi Ariel, your videos about being balanced has opened up a new world for me.. it’s honesty brought so much awareness to my energy levels. Thank you!
I am curious how do you to deal with facial tensing up (tense smile, etc) while trying to be balanced
I also have this intense urge to swallow especially talking to bosses or people I deem high value. I am trying to be more balanced in my energy too
