The birds aren’t a problem by themselves. It’s when your stun locked from 2-3 birds and some random soldier that you really want to put your fist through your screen.

I've taken to carrying a spare un-upgraded weapon with Assassin's Gambit just for special cunts like him. Ofc, they're usually such high level mobs they'll still spot you, just not from a mile away, so you can at least get closer to the drop branch before he starts firing off his MLG noscopes.
This entire video makes me want someone to make a mod where you turn into the enemies you beat so you can just keep rolling bigger and bigger until it becomes a proper kaiju battle against the ancient dragons, Astels and Elden Beast

The knight atop Castle Sol is a beast. As for the DLC, I watched the trailer with a mix of "this looks fantastic", and "that enemy looks like it's going to suck to fight" Exciting
The eagles with swords for feet. I've raged at them almost as much as I did for Radahn. Also, the invisible assassins. Killing one or two and not knowing if there's another around you is terrifying
The white runebear at the edge of that cliff was my Moby Dick. It’s so much harder than everything else. The best part was when I killed it and realized there’s no point to actually fighting it - your only reward is the item on the cliff that’s easy to grab without fighting.
All of the rune bears are weak vs sleep. Use a Trina sword and they doze off in no time. Sleep it and run. Or take the free critical that comes from sleeping state.
By far the most unfair enemy I've fought is definitely the teleporting spirit knight in Castle Sol. I went in for a backstab first time I saw him and actually just got "Nothing personnell kid"d.
Tbh he's pretty fair. Low poise. He flinches when hit by anything bigger than a straight sword. His combos arnt to hard to spun around and get away from. He's definitely much harder than ds3 black knights however ds3 black knights are not hard. (Straight sword heavys also cause him to flinch)
The cute lil glowing blue guy is absolutely gonna be a lure, like an angler fish, and turn into something horrific when you get close. that's been haunting my nightmares until release day. he will be unfair.

I think I would rank the revenant as the most unfair enemy in Elden Ring. Fighting these things feels like competing in one of these slap contests but your rival randomly teleports above or behind you and just won't stop slapping you

The main reason bleed dog was awful, was mainly due to a bug that made it where his bite hit box could hit you multiple times per attack, so you would get a bleed proc at least 3 times when he attacked in 1.0 elden ring
In my opinion the most unfair enemy in elden ring is .... player/ invader. It can heal its hp multiple times, has a different weapon from time to time, abuse op stuff like bleed,cheese magic,99 strength and just 1 shots yo, sometimes abuse bugs in game to troll you, make fun of you+ the scariest thing.... it has a dodge and can roll a hit. Revenant and Death Rite bird being the top 2 is funny because they both have major weaknesses that make them some of the easiest enemies to kill if you have the tools necessary. Using a heal spell on a revenant instantly staggers them, and the death rite bird/death bird are both SUPER weak to holy damage.
Out of those ten, got to be the Death rite Bird, things are insane, even if you do know their weakness to sacred blade, Revenant can be poise broke by a heal, Runebear you can avoid with good spacing, the doggo can be blocked and guard countered for an easy kill, and Alecto can be straight up folded with ice spear and greatblades, but Death Rite birds are absolute menaces
I remember at my first adventure in elden ring i made a chad str tank and i struggled against rune bears, until at some point i got strong enough and just said fuck it, with claymore in hand with perseverance equiped i started just whacking every rune bear over the head while taking as little dmg as i could and that strategy suprisingly was really effective, at one point my friend Asked for my help in the ancient river, i was a little overleveled at this point and as we took the lift up to calid my friend got obliterated by the rune bear there, afterwards i decided to show him how its done, put on my big boi buffs and proceded to wrestle the bear until one of us would die while my friend stood in the back trying to pick up his jaw off the floor, a small little memory but still makes my day when i think of it
The most unfair enemy is going to be the sniper lobster, maybe not for this challenge but as a player in normal play. I hated them in my first run and since then made a habit of running huge circles around them in subsequent runs. Not because they are hard to beat, rather cause getting sniped from of screen with little chance of reacting to it just feels bad to me.
For me, the character customization screen was actually the hardest boss in all of elden ring. On my first play through, I was on the edge of my seat fighting for my life, trying my hardest to get rid of my characters default double chin.
Personally I find that the crucible knight is the most annoying enemy/boss. Their attack patterns are so unpredictable and they hit like a semi-truck while also giving you no time to heal or rebuff
To me the most annoying enemy on ER are either the revenants, they got tons of HP, deal great damage, appear right behind or on top of you and they got unfair combos, like those mfs even teleport, that's a straight ass saiyan.
I feel like you 100% wanted to use that cat enemy, even in my first playthrough I died at most 2 times to those types of bosses. They’re legit easier than most if not all the boss typed in the game.
Death Rite Bird clutching the run with absolutely absurd damage sounds about right. That thing has caused me many, many headaches. Speaking of, it's certainly my pick for most unfair enemy!

As annoying as dogs can be, what pushed them over the edge was always bugs. In ER, the blood dogs had the one-shot bug. In previous titles, particularly DS3, it was the dogs' teleporting when off-screen.
This feels like an interesting concept for a... I guess a side story of Elden Ring? Like imagine, the MC is still a tarnished but the way they go back to life is reincarnating into different mobs, and the story revolves around how they overcome numerous obstacles when they are undoubtedly monstrous lol.

Legit just made a bunch of holy pots, threw 5/6 and its dead.

This feels like an interesting concept for a... I guess a side story of Elden Ring? Like imagine, the MC is still a tarnished but the way they go back to life is reincarnating into different mobs, and the story revolves around how they overcome numerous obstacles when they are undoubtedly monstrous lol.
