- Mothra maybe the Queen of the Monsters and she may look and act like an angel but she is One of the Weakest Monster, but she can be reincarnated every time when she dies but right, she is fighting a monster that can also fly his name is Rodan, Giant Fire Demon Monster that can destroy a whole city with flap of his wing but him fighting Mothra this will be an interesting fight.

Mothra has better Battle IQ because she goes way back hundreds of millions of years in Hollow Earth as the protecter, and she has a Symbiotic Beneficial relationship called ‘Mutualism’ with Goji, and she fought by Godzilla’s side even if she perished repeatedly. And Rodan has been in a Monarch Outpost for a while in hibernation so his brain may be a bit rusty, and his way of defeating foe is by confidence, optimism, telling himself he is going to win. Just so people know because I swear Mothra’s reincarnation ability is not well known!

People can't get that Rodan got nerfed by the directors to make the Movie continue?
Like if wasn't for that lucky shot of Mothra the movie were ending up with Godzilla dying to MZ because without Mothra sacrifice Godzilla wouldn't have Thermo form , so yeah directors nerfed Rodan for the good of story.

Rodan is strictly speaking, just faster then mothra. We even see this in the scene you are using for mothra where rodan, starting from behind, is able to easily catch up to her.
