This video guides you on the installation of SONY XS-GTF 1639 6.5" 3-WAY COAXIAL SPEAKERS on Perodua Viva. I figured that since there is no video guide on installing speakers on Perodua Viva, I might as well do one.

@@PenguinTech521 Next time dont cut the wires, but break/remove the plastic connector, there are 2 pins inside that come out and can be connected to your speaker terminals with ease.
Solder them or the wire wil come lose and fry your head unit/radio with shortcircuit

I opened up the panel on mine and actually the original connector is labelled with positive and negative symbols so no need to guess.
I finally went with the blaupunkts because when I went to the shop, they sold only fake sonys lol. so i ordered the blaupunkts and I must say I am very pleased with the sound quality. Anyway, thanks to your video, I felt motivated to upgrade and am glad I did.

Kenari also the same ka bro?The size in the spec is 6.5", would replacing front speaker be enough to improve the bass with stock headunit?
Seems like kenari also use 6.5" bro. This speaker is way clearer than stock speaker. But the bass is definitely not strong when paired with stock head unit.
@@PenguinTech521 the roof speaker is kinda rubbish aswell,if i use underseat woofer will it be enough in your opinion? Planning to upgrade for my wife😅

@@HuntaKiller91 yeah. Because I set bass to +2 I believe on the Sony head unit. But actually at +0 isn't strong at all
@@HuntaKiller91 I think adding an underseat woofer would definitely add strong bass, since kenari isn't a big car. I wanted to do that too actually.

RUclips. Has realy bad sound quality next time uae premium spotify or soundcloud you will be pleased. ;)
Nope. Tidal is the only way
RUclips audio quality is better than most people give it credit for. Obviously it isn't high resolution but usually sounds as good as standard Redbook cd quality. In cases where it doesn't sound very good, to put it bluntly, it's usually the fault of a $h!tty sound system lol

So did you happy with the sound quality after using it about 1 month?
The sound is definitely way clearer but the bass is not strong as I like. Planning to change both rear speakers as well and try.
