For those wanting to try out the injury prevention workout, here are the exercises:
Bike warm up - 10 minutes
Resisted backwards walking - 5 minutes
Band activation - 10 reps per exercises
Weighted step downs - 3 x 6 each leg
Heel raised squats - 3 x 6
Split squats - 3 x 6 each leg
Copenhagens w/ knee touch - 10 each side
Nordic curls - 3 x 3 (without hands)
Wide grip pull ups - 3 x 8
High plank to low plank - 3 x 6 reps
Hanging knee raises - 3 x 10

But can you make a video on recovering from a hamstring and hip joint injury as I have been diagnosed with it since 2 months but no matter what I do it wouldn't recover. I have been to multiple doctors too they say it's not a big problem just a muscles strain but if it's not then why hasn't it recovered from 2 months? I hope you read this.
Hi mate, I’m sorry to hear of your injury. With the complexity of the hip joint, the injury can take many months to heal. I had a hip/groin injury that took almost 6 months before I felt fully recovered. I would recommend just continuing with your rehab, and stay patient with it. It might take a little longer. Wishing you a healthy recovery mate 💪

Focus on your own game. You don’t know the ambition of the players your comparing yourself too. Not all good players want to be pros. Concentrate on your own journey 👍

Hi mate! I use around a tablespoon of ceremonial matcha powder and put it in a dry bowl, pour a small amount of hot water over the power then use the bamboo whisk to blend it until it’s frothy on top. Then I pour it into a mug and top off with more hot water 👍
