NKOTB still kicking ass after all these years. Their concerts are the best. Even 30 years later
Truth is NKOTB may have taken a decade long hiatus but The Blockheads never left the Block Nation. We are at least 3 generations deep.
@@christinaneville2814 #truth
Yup. I went in 2019 and loved it!
Try 40 years
Yes, the Blockheads will find you. Gen X in full representation!
Gen x to the fullest! 😍😍
NKOTB was late 80s, early 90s - way before Nsync and Backstreet Boys - watch it with the grandkids comments hahaha!! Class of 1995 here!
Class of ‘92 here!! 😂😂
Ok I'm not going to lie I graduated in 06 but I do have older sisters and ya know I'm super obsessed lol 😍
I sang there songs with my sisters back in the 90s and I had new kids pajamas lol and I watched there little cartoon movies on VHS
Billy should definitely do there stuff like all of it lol!
Thought the same thing when I heard him make the grandkids comment's. Class of 1995 as well
*their songs (sorry I didn't even notice that typo til now!)
THIS is the new NKOTB... They had been THE thing WAY earlier than all those others. I grew up with them around me 💯. Your should react to another "new" song... BOYS IN THE BAND. It's fun.
They go by initials now “NKOTB”, because they’re all grown up.
Her confidence in herself IS the remix of who and how she used to be.
The guy singing lead is Donny Wahlberg, who has been playing Danny Reagan on Blue Bloods since the series started
And he is also the older brother of Mark Wahlberg.
Yaaasssss! Ok, now do their video Boys in the Band. You'll see they have a great sense of humor about themselves. Plus, see if you recognize the celebrity cameos.
I wouldn't say they are old cause that would make me old. Lol. They were just teenagers when they started out, youngest being 12. Class of 94.
Love new kids on the block but check out their stuff from the 80s and early 90s like you've got it the right stuff, I'll be loving you forever, hangin tough, step by step, cover girl, baby I believe in you, and please don't go girl
I will never get tired of listening to little Joey McIntyre singing Please Don't Go Girl.
@@danicao5010 I like that but I personally as a jordan knight fan will never ever get tired of watching the video of him singing baby I believe in you
Awesome songs
NK officially formed in 1985 & for a short time were named NYNUK but when they dropped their 1st self titled ep (which went no where) they renamed themselves after the title song New Kids On The Block. They blew up in 1989 with the release of their 2nd ep Hangin Tough. Then they took an almost 15 yr hiatus returning to the music scene with their reunion ep The Block in 2008 & have been going strong since including receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. Without New Edition and NKOTB, which were both discovered by Maurice Starr, there would be no NSYNC or BSB.
Donnie wahlberg sings most of this song, Mark wahlberg is his younger brother. Donnie's on blue bloods now
everytime someone mentions mark all I think about is his days of modeling calvin klein underwear before marky mark and the funky bunch billy you should react to his song good vibrations 😀
My mom and Aunt took me and my cousins to our first concert in ‘91. It was NKOTB and we were seven and eight years old. Most of there original fans are probably in the 35-50 year old range.
They came back with more songs when older.
I loved their early stuff. Gotta love walburg!! All the boys are sexy MEN! Donny great actor big brother to marky mark... Aka mark walburg famous actor!! And don't forget great hamburgers!! "Walburgers".
I've been a fan since the late 80's. They have alot of amazing songs and their still together.
Definitely need to react to their 80s music videos. You can see how they are the blueprint for the late 90s/early 2000s boy bands.
1985. But came more popular in 1988. When Hagin' tough came out
They really blew up during the summer of 89
NKOTB are my guys!! I’ve seen them at least 10 times in concert going back to 1990!!! They were the original boy band!! OMG please do more from them!! I recommend Hangin’ Tough, Step By Step, I’ll Be Loving You Forever, Please Don’t Go Girl... etc!!
Chiiiiiiiiiile NKOTB was everything back in the day 😍 🤯
They were older. They were when I was a teenager. One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. Girls were crying in the audience, which kind of cracked me up because I don’t get like that over celebrities, but it was an awesome show!
Nkotb came out in the 80s girls everywhere went crazy for them. I can tell you me and my sister's everytime they came within 100 miles of our house we went to their concert. They were managed by the same guy that was manager of new edition. The came back and started touring again in the 2000s and their concerts are still good. They still have the following they had before. They every year do a new kids cruise that is awesome as well. I can honestly tell you the first time I went was strange because of just how many women are on one ship for a week in the ocean just to hang out with 5 guys
First album was 1986 and they have been breaking hearts every since!
I’m 48, they came out when I was in Junior High & I have no grandkids 😎. But they were teens when they started.
they had cartoon and very thing in the 80's , you should react to step by step or hanging tough
Definitely check out their songs. Danny is the only one I know that has a grandkid
I was in kindergarten with new kids on the block t-shirts. And now I still go to their concerts every time they come to Phoenix. Best concert ever was the NKOTBSB tour. My two favorites backstreet and new kids. 🙌🏼🥰 those MEN know how to put on an awesome show 💜
Says a lot to still be in the game 30+ years later with a huge fan base. 💯
New Kids On The Block came out in the late 80s. And they were kids when they came out. The guy with the glasses who's singing, is Donny Walberg, brother of Mark Walberg. Donny Walburg was on the TV show, *"The Blue Bloods"*
NKOTB came on in the 80's so 30 years ago and still rockin it! I was NKOTB fan, and still am but the awkward wallflower here talking so wtv
I was obsessed with New kids on the block when I was a teenager. My bedroom had wall to wall posters and pin ups and big huge pins and bedding
Blockhead here since the early 90s and I'm in my mid 40s now. It's so great to see my 15 year old daughter and her 10 year old cousin listening to their music now. My sister and I go to every concert. And we just got tickets to see them again in July!! Their music will be timeless.
OMG! You had to! My first boy band crush! I was never one of those girls that screamed and cried when their song came on the air (though I was friend with some that did), but I'm sure that if I had ever gone to one of NKOTB's concerts, I would have been.
New Kids were put together and managed by Maurice Starr, their first record was released in 1986 but they didn't get traction until their second record Hangin Tough which was released in 1988 they released Albums until 1994 when they broke up. They got back together in 2007 or 2008 when they released their album The Block.
NKOTB was my youth. BSB was my teens/20s, and both groups combined in my 30s and my happy heart leapt with joy
They came out in the 80’s disbanded in 94 ish . Then got back together in 2008 . And this song is from 2010
They started in 1984 but their first hit came in 1989. Their ages when they started were between 12-16. You react to some of their older songs!
1st album was 86, got together in84 and blew up in 88.
NKOTB were out 85-94 the first time and reunited in 2008. Still going strong!
I've been an NKOTB BH 35 years now! Just like Home Fries are loyal, so are true Blockheads. Nkotb came out 35 years ago. before nsync, bsb etc. They came after New Edition. Danny Wood has a granddaughter
NKOTB was my first concert in ‘91. I’ve actually seen them 4 times lol
Blockhead here you've got to listen to more.
They debuted in 1984 and became popular in the late 80s early 90s and then were surpassed by 98° nsync and the backstreet Boys, in fact this is their comeback this song, complete with Donnie Wahlberg from the TV show Blue bloods, you should check some of their remixes with backstreet Boys
New Kids 1st song came out in 1985 and they were kids then lol - because they are older now they go by NKOTB
They were late teens early 20s when they came out in the late 80s. They broke up for around 15 years. They got back together in 2009.
The new kids originally come out late 80's. They my first group I like. A few years ago, they were trying to make a comeback!
Donnie Walberg plays Danny Reagan on Blue Bloods. Donnie is the one with the glasses on.
Look up Please Don't Go Girl. That was when NKOTB first came out.
@D Rice That's when they first got big, but they came out before that.
Their first album came out in 1984
Their first album came out in 86
Lol they are the OG boy band! NSync wasn't even a thought. Loved them growing up!!
People think I am a extrovert. I am really shy.
This song is from the 2013, but yes they have been around since the late 80s. They broke up as a group in the 1990s and reunited in 2008! They still have it and still perform in big arenas! Blockhead for life here! ❤️
If you look that is Donnie Wahlberg
You should react to their song House Party. They recorded it for charity during the pandemic. I think you would get a kick out of the video.
Please do some early NKOTB now so you can see their beginnings.
They are all in the their late 40s and early 50s now. They still perform full concerts during the summer months. When Donnie is in between seasons of Bluebloods.
Original boy band! You need to check out more. Step by Step, Games, I’ll be Loving You Forever, Boys in the Band
Lol before they were big in the 80s and early 90s lol then Donny went hollywood lol cool fact they did a live concert with back street boys
Nkotb formed in 1984. They made it big in 1988. They broke up in 1994 and got back together in the 2000s. They've been releasing music and doing concerts during the summer months since then. When Donnie is off from Bluebloods is when they do their tours. Joe was the youngest at 12. Jon was the oldest at 15 when they formed. Danny Wood has a granddaughter born last year.
New Kids On The Block came out in 1984. Joey, the youngest was 12 and Jonathan, the oldest was 16. Their producer/manager Maurice Star was also the producer/manager of New Edition. Then New Edition broke up in 1985 when Bobby went solo. New Edition and New Kids On The Block never performed together until November 22, 2021 on the AMAs. Check out NKOTB singing at the Apollo. The 1st white group in history to play there.
NKOTB was a band formed in 1984 by Maurice Star-he formed New Edition. They got their big break going on tour with Tiffany in 1988 and thus their second album was their first success. They took a break in 1994 to 2008 when they came back with full force. They have gotten better with age. There is one grandpa-Danny.
I subscribed to you for your PTX reactions but I am fix to share this with all my fellow Blockheads. (our fan base name) I will also be sharing this on Twitter & tagging all the members & Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg.
I have been a Blockhead since the 1989 & they are my all time favorite group. Closely followed by PTX since 2011.
Listen...you can call them old anything, but myself and hundreds of thousands of women out there, have never wanted this “old” men more! They were hot in the 80’s and damn smokin’ hot till this day. Watch out ,you might be persecuted by blockheads after this! 😂😂😂
Nsync, bsb, etc tried to fill new kids shoes... they were good, but nowhere near filled them shoes. You had to experience the late 80s, early 90s new kids mania. 😉
Came out Late 80s, then did a comeback! The guy she danced with is Donnie Wahlberg (actor & brother of Mark Wahlberg). Some of their hits are: Step By Step, Hanging Tough, Please Don't Go Girl.
Omg I think this earned a subscription!! I've been dying for someone to react to this song
Billy, they are in their 50's now and still touring! If you want to see them as "kids" check out "Please Don't Go Girl" from the 80's.
They came back out later in life
They were kids in the 80s when they cam out. I love they are still recording
New Kids came out in 85'
I think the girls with the wallpaper dresses are supposed to represent the "wallflowers" of the party. I really hope you react to more NKOTB. My favorite songs are Please Don't Go Girl & Step By Step. I should mention, if you do react to Please Don't Go Girl, there are 2 different music videos for the song. You should watch both. 😊
I think they faded into the wallpaper background when she ”found her color”
Omg love your reaction to this. Pleaseeeee react to their first song they did in years. The 2008 song, "Single" or better yet. Their latest hit "80s baby" think you'll like em
New Kids on the Block went on tour with Backstreet Boys. It was a great concert. They were known as NKOTBSB
They came out in the 80’s as new kids. Now they are now called NKOTB
New Kids on the Block song Please Don't Go Girl was their number one top selling hit in 1988
NKOTB have been around since 1984. They had their first big hit in 1988 and became the biggest and most successful boy band to date.
New Kids is pre Backstreet/nsyc.
All the guys in the New Kids on the Block names are Jordan Knight Donnie Wahlberg Jonathan Knight Joey McIntyre Danny wood
THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS VIDEO!!! FOR ALL THE FOLKS WHO SAID DONNIE COULDNT SING!!!
They were the first concert that I went to when I was 8 years old
Their very first album is called New Kids on the Block
Oh my god NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK was and still is the only celebrity/entertainers I was fan crazyI had posters I had and still do all their albums I recorded everything on VHS that ever was on television! I was not even yet in my preteens so I was not allowed to go to any of the concerts and of course when they returned to the music scene I had kids my own and couldn't afford to go to any concert so I'm still just watching it on TV.
♥️JOEY♥️ 4EVER
they came out in 1986 until 1994 and then took a break and came back in 2008 and haven't stopped since
Thanks Billy.
They came out in the 80's. They paved the way for NSYNC
"I remixed the remix and it was back to normal" Mitch Hedberg
NKOTB came first before Backstreet and N’Sync. NKOTB came out in late 1980s. I was in junior high when they became famous. Joey was the youngest member of NKOTB. He was a teenager. The others were in the late teens.
I have been a New Kids On The Block fan since 1988. I joined your Patreon yesterday.
