If you want to be able to see these levels before the market even moves to them, mark the 4-9:30 high and low. Mark the opening 5 min high and low. And then mark the first hour initial balance high and low. Do that everyday and you will see that the mark will build support and resistance at one if not react to all 6 levels.
I can tell by experience that there really are key levels. They are very good to open a trade because of the high reversal probability. Breakouts are also a good trading opportunity but can be riskier. I mostly wait for the first initial moves to confirm the direction and only then i open trade. Guys its important to understand that hopping in while there is high volatility/volume can be very risky. I would not hop in as long as you see the candle flippin in big distances. Sure you wont get the whole move but you can enter a trade with confidence and THAT is very important i think.

Another thing that is missing here are divergences, which is also important as it acts as a confluence when it comes to support/resistance and chart or breakout patterns, whatever you wanna call it
