I have been struggling, career path change, health issues, identity crisis, winter is coming

I have been undergoing an intensive training during 6 weeks to become and IT Service Technician. During the course I got problems with my shoulder due to sitting wrong on an office chair that wasn't ergonomically fitted well and due to a very cold indoor climate at the education center. Although I have been in much pain and slept really bad I managed to complete the course and pass the Microsoft MS-900: Microsoft Fundamentals Certification at my first try!
Nevertheless the the change in carreer path has thrown me into and identity crisis: 30 years ago I started studying architecture and have worked as an architect since graduation, so me being an architect is strongly connected to my identity.
Also as always this time of year the weather is mostly grey and there is very little daylight so this also dampens my mood.
I cheer myself up with browsing the shops for Christmas decorations and at home I have already decorated in the end of October!
