I am working on a straight scripture (NASB) version of this song. I love this version and glad it is getting great play. I am a Catholic, turned Protestant, but I always felt that my Protestant congregates never quite got Mary right, as I also believe my Catholic family didn't get her right, either. In remembering this section of scripture, I hope we can both enjoy Mary's place in our redemption story, and ascribe how all generations will count her blessed.
Mary! My Mother! Mystical Rose Flower God chose His Son's repose You held Him first in your precious womb You cared and watched over the Bloom And finally beneath the Cross's gloom Oh Mother most fair You are always there In you now we place our care Into your tender Heart Our pledge is to become part To you we pray impart The Master's Loving Art! Amen By John Joseph Hawkins jr.
This is the most beautiful version of this song I have heard. I wish I could get permission or buy it to play for my Sunday School class. I plan to just read the lyrics. I LOVE your song!!!
The Magnificat which is in The Bible. It is what Mary said when Mary greeted Elizabeth her cousin in The Bible in Luke 1:46-55. Mary is The Mother of God. Mary conceived Jesus by The Power of the Holy Spirit in her Holy Virginal womb. ✝️🕊❤️
Hallelujah Thank You Thank You!!!! Holy Holy is the Lord Almighty! Thank you Jesus Christ
Jesus, Mary I love you, save souls, to everyone in all nations.
I absolutely love this song! It’s SO beautiful.

You cared and watched over the Bloom
And finally beneath the Cross's gloom

Into your tender Heart
Our pledge is to become part
