Covering my hair when I move outside has reduced my hair fall by shielding it against dust and pollution. Washing my hair 3 times weekly with liittlleextra coocoonion shampoo and hair oil has been the most important thing. Bhai use menthol flavoured oil or shampoo . If shampoo let it cool down your scalp for 1 min to 1.5 mins . I used head & shoulder menthol flavoured shampoo and it showed significant growth in my hair. And now i will buy menthol oil too and will see the effects

Update : i used methol or minty flavoured oil and it didnt worked. But menthol flavoured head n shoulder Shampoo somehow working better Teekha pan wale oil k sath ye dono combo and minoxidile .. Are working better... Idk why

Hey I checked out videos you uploaded in last 1 year, you tried plasma,traya,and many different products but how to know which actually helped...it might be one product started growth and another take further growth but how you know that what actually helped because each product requires atleast 3-4 months . Answer this it will surely help many.
Good question… I use the combination
For eg
# Once in 3 months i do PRP
# Derma Roller I use 2 times a week
# Minoxydill i use daily
# I am also consuming traya DHT blocking tablets daily
# Good diet
The main reason for hair loss is DHT, digestion issues and lack of blood flow to the scalp.
So it has to be a combination.
In terms of products I am genuinely liking Avimee hair oil and hair tone pv 1. Let me know if you have further questions
