I got mine a cpl months ago and so far so good... it won't get tight up to the wall, baseboard but that is kind of expected. I'm glad I got it, like you. I hate to mop and let things go for too long in between, so this has been a great addition. I do use the self clean but I then take the mop brush out and clean with dawn dish soap to really get it clean. I did want to share, if you need a deep clean for carpet or area rugs, the bissell green machine is top notch, got one several years ago and it has tackled some pretty nasty stuff. In fact, we have an area rug in one room and it is kind of a walk through and we have dogs. It had been over 2 years since it had been cleaned and over the summer we took outside in the driveway and although it needed to be cleaned about 4 times, it did look and smelled better when done. Now that I have the crosswave, I will periodically use it to refresh that area rug until the next deep clean...
Hi, I just got my crosswave today, so excited to use it now😆 your video is very informative thank you, because the instructions weren't very easy to understand🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
There are bristles built into the roller. They actually work great on carpet. Of course, they don't have the suction of a regular carpet cleaner but they do a good job of collecting hair and cleaning light dirt areas on rugs.
Thanks! I have the earlier crosswave and it isn’t sucking up the water as it should. I am trying to figure if it can be fixed. However, I would like a cordless one. I appreciate your video. Thanks!
Hi Madison, loved your review! So informative, especially the tips. I have one question. I've cleaned all the parts, let everything dry and am ready to put it back together which I understand except for a grey rubber O ring. I'm not sure where it goes or if it even came off of the machine. I'm at a loss. Hope you can help!
You can go over it again once without releasing water to better dry it. If it’s not releasing the water well (ex on textured tile) just use it on its rug mode and that should do the trick.
I was hoping there was a troubleshooting video I bought the corded one and then decided I wanted the cordless. after I sold the corded, my new cordless worked a couple of times and then quit. My husband was sick whe I bought it and he died. H fixed everything, but I couldnt find any place to do repairs on it, A vacuum repair guy said it was worthless and to just buy something else and throw it out. Its been a year and a half and it has been sitting in the garage in the box, hoping there will be a video someday to tell me how to fix it.

Can't see this being used on a carpet. Using essentially a paint roller on a carpet is nonsense. Thanks for the review. Glad it works for you! :)

Thanks so much for watching!
Mine too. Seems all them do that
Perfect! Thank you!
Thank you - very helpful!
After a self-cleaning cycle, how much debris is still left in the channel behind the roller?
I do have some sometimes and I just give it a wipe with a paper towel.
Thanks for the video.
Can it be used as a regular dry vacuum cleaner for low profile carpet?
It can but if the carpet is thick you may have to muscle it a bit ❤️
Thanks for the help 🙂

Does it go around the nozzle to the water tank?
Mine squeeks. If I take the filter out it doesn't. I do not know how to stop the screech sound and have the filter in at the same time.
O sounds like it's deff something to do with the filter then! Maybe try replacing it?
Thanks for review

I have mostly hardwood and some rugs. In one room there is a low carpet from wall to wall. How do you think this will do on carpets?
I think it will work and the carpet will be visibly cleaner you just have to kinda push hard to move it when you’re using it on carpets and rugs
do you leave water and solution in the tank for the next use, if you only did a small area
Sometimes if I don’t think it’ll be too long before I use it again. If I know I’m doing a small area sometimes I only fill up a half a tank. ❤️
I just got mines I’m super excited I used it once it left streaks how do I prevent that

Any experience with dog hair? I have a lot of dog hair so would I need to pre-vacuum or is the brush easy to clean if it gets clogged. Thanks.
I don’t have a dog but I never prevacuum and it works great!
Do you find it doesn't suck up enough water on area rugs versus what it puts down?
It does for me! They’re a little damp after. You can always do a couple dry passes too if you want it drier.
Thank you
:-)
Can it be used as a dry vacuum on carpet without getting wet
Yes but you’ll have to muscle it a little bit
Do you keep it on the charging station all the time?
I do and haven’t had any issues

Aw! There was a recall on some of these for the battery. Maybe check if yours was one of them? They’ll send you a new battery if so
I just buy one i hope igonna like it, but it expensive
How do you use the dry setting without water?
You just don’t hold down the water release button ❤️.
Where does the charger plug into?
It is built into the stand!
Very informative, thank you. This pretty lady sings her words/sentences, why?
It's crap. After a pass you can see that it did not evenly mop. Floor is still visibly dirty after. Do not recommend this 200-300 dollar crap
I found that on my tile i have to use the carpet mode for it to mop evenly. You could try that!
