The snare tuning and the way it’s recorded is perfection.

Too thin and trebley for me, but to each their own.

The live Farewell version is so good. In fact it was the first song in my wedding ceremony 😁

This song sounds very iconic to me. Opening alone is recognizable.

This song ranks high on my favorite songs. I’m not one to tend to want to know what the song is about really. It’s a great song if I happen to find out what the song is about score but not necessary what I look for. I just want good/great songs. Phil definitely gave that to us. Your pal Bill (in the USA)

I like this song alot. It's my favorite track on But Seriously. The video had a white dog in the video.

How About Robert Plant? He Sings Backup Vocals, and Produces. A Great Topic To Discuss with Your Subscribers.

I didn’t like when he switched the verses around on his later tours. Not sure why he did that. To me, the album and Serious Hits Live structure is the best

He probably didn't remember the lyrics well enough. Same with Against All Odds. He never sang the first chorus correctly.

I have another guess, maybe he got bored of sing the same way. From his own words in some interview clips on this website, he said something like, because he has to sing One More Night like ten thousand times so he has to change things around when do live concerts to avoid boredom, and I believed not only for the band themselves, but for the audience as well. I don't know the true though, just guessing. ✌😁

@@munarong that’s probably true as well

Written for War of the Roses movie, Danny Devito didn’t like it.
