That was near perfect play from MEP0 in PvT from my understanding. Drop harass early on and block Terran in. Built cannons to buy time and recalled to fight on multiple fronts. No carriers because they're bait if the Terran knows you're making them and just makes a few ghosts. Arbiters are great because Stasis allows you to isolate Terran mech army a bit which is their strongest strength. You never want to be in the situation where Terran is 200/200 and marching on you. Then recall is the best tool to force Terran to fight you in their base and on your terms without you having to go through the choke. Terran's horrible structure sizes and slow units, as well as being weaker when not together also makes having units in their base incredibly annoying so recalls to the sides of their base hurts a lot.

Put probe near army. Gather minerals. It will ignore unit collision. Once it's over your army. Do move command on probe.
