America is not hyped. It’s like anyplace in the world. It depends on how you make it & a person’s mindset. I came here as a young man in the early 70s. I have lived here for 50+ years. I have not regretted making America my home. I graduated with an engineering degree. Worked throughout the years with its ups & downs. Life is how you make it either here or in Ghana. It depends one’s perspective. I have lived in the east coast & now retired in Texas. I have done many jobs, starting from my college days as a handyman’s assistant, janitor, warehouse worker, technician, taxicab driver, computer technician, design engineer, systems engineer, software engineer, insurance adjuster, operate my own business as a travel agent/airline cargo shipping agent & some others not listed. I am now retired (in my 70s). Hoping for good health & now operate my consulting business from home. Life is a journey. My only unsolicited advice is be your own counsel, stay away from bad friends, obey the laws of America. Finally, keep your eyes on the prize & keep hope alive. ❤✌🏿

She's saying what she experienced here ,if this country will have good standing it will depend on the low spending on our leaders and investing in our public service workers more ,create jobs , opportunities ,good roads and infrastructure. Some of us in gh are sacrificing a lot to improve our services for the country but she at least went through something in gh regardless her cert ,be it diploma,degree, certificate or whatever . Our system has never worked in gh

DJ it depends on the program you are studying abroad. The Ghanaian education needs to adapt to the western way of education. Because Indian nurses in the western world don't suffer like African nurses because they use similar curriculum to teach their nurses. So many of them comes to Canada and within a year they get their licence to practice.
@@tomofosu4081I have tasted both education, who kicks you out of Ghana nursing school if you fail , you resist even that, it’s just the exams you don’t repeat the whole course , here you have just two chances ,this even put stress and fear in you. So don’t say what you don’t know
