Sam, I can completely understand you! I just turned 50 Oct 4, and have been in a depressing state since my late 30s and I am often wonder how my old me would be so unimpressed by who I am now. I have gone through a few antidepressants but can't seem to find anything right for me. I use to love to dance and stopped but I just returned to the dance studio and it is helping me so much!
