This is not a suitable part. According to the ECE R 16 seat belt regulation, the buckle must be easy to open after an accident. How will you open it in case of a possible fire after an accident? Can you unlock the locks of 5 people one by one with a key in your hand?
I haven't found one my 8 yr old son ( he has Smith Magenis Syndrome) can't get out of or just break.. How much pressure can it withhold before it breaks? Any videos of it being tested by a child with ASD?
Meronda, I would love to be able to help you but I have a few questions. May I have your email address or you may contact me directly at cmartine@especialneeds.com. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

That's why you should always have a window Hammer with an integrated seatbelt cutter.

Great idea but it doesn’t seem to work on cars with recessed seat belt receptacles as they are essentially buried into the seat.
Very very good for a child with ADHD thank you
You're very welcome!
