My exams are coming in the end of this month please make a video how to complete the syllabus and I don't have time to study because my school was over 2 PM then I sleep for 1 to 2 hours so I will take to hours it will be I will wake up on 5 then I will do my homeworks with 7 and sometimes I go to my tuitions so it's I don't have time to complete my syllabus

Ma'am, the issue is, I've test disorder..i get panicked,start to shiver and go blank in the exams. Even when I study a lot.. literally 16 hrs a day.
Next is my insomnia. I don't get to sleep at all. Maybe just 2-3 barely.
And these things seem to be affecting my result.
It makes me frustrated. I don't get the expected upshot to my efforts.
And now,the case is.. I've lost all my focus,my concentration. Where I used to study for a 16 hrs, I've to force myself to study atleast for 2 hrs..then at that time I feel drousy and as soon as I get on the bed, I'm fresh again..and there's no time remaining I've to snap it up..please help me mam it's really important....
