Going with the AWS SysOps Administrator first, with no experience this makes sense to me. I think it is more obtainable to get in the door with the lower level position than a full blown arhcitect.
SysOps doesn't require deep coding knowledge. It's not the core skill. But some knowledge of Python or Bash will help automate tasks to manage cloud resources. Since you are from commerce background, focus on understanding infrastructure management and basic automation first.
