    Been using this keyboard since January 2021 and it’s been great! I like the size as I game on my tv and have a lap desk so need room for the keyboard and mouse. The range is pretty good as I’m sitting 10’ away from my tv and pc. Battery lasts a really long time. Haven’t had any issues with it at all. As long as you’re not into changing key switches or keys this keyboard will do the trick. I have the red switches as well, they aren’t too loud and feel good pressing them.

      Thanks for the long term use comment! I switched my keyboard for the same with brown switches and I do prefer them, even if the sound is just barely quieter.

    Hey Wolfgang,
    just wanted to let you know that i have this keyboard a week now and its awesome! ;)
    Thinking of modding this a little bit with krytox 205g0 lube so it rattles less and add some O-rings to it so its a little quieter when typing.
    I've also recieved the ASUS ROG PBT keycaps set today and compared it with the keys of the falcion.
    You can only replace 96% of the keycaps :/ the backspace, Enter, right shift and the "\ |" key can't be replaced with this set... everything else fits pretty well.
    Just giving you and the viewers some headsup ;)
    Cheers!

    I daily drove this for over a year until I finally picked up the Azoth a week ago. A couple things you didn't touch on:
    1. You can save your profiles to the board. I set it up with a few different profiles and then uninstalled armory crate.
    2. Using the cover to prop the board up *could* be great, but I found it slid all over the place on my mat.

    • @Wolfgang790tech
      @Wolfgang790tech  Год назад

      I never tried the profile and tbh forgot they existed when I made the vid. I do have a asus motherboard so amroury crate was useful to update stuff.
      I thought I mentioned the cover to raise the keyboard, but strange it slid on your desk, works well on mine

    • @JustAFan444
      @JustAFan444 Год назад

      @Wolfgang7900 you mentioned the cover, I more meant the fact that the top doesn't really have grip, so it slides easily on a mousepad (but would probably be fine on a hard surface). Was just something that I encountered with that and thought it was worth mentioning as I didn't see anyone mention this in any review I've watched.

      @Wolfgang7900 it is. I do miss the volume slider (thought it was a gimmick, but it turned out to be such a good feature), and I keep hitting tilde instead of escape 😂. It definitely sounds better and feels really good to use right out of the box. Once I get used to the change in layout, it'll definitely be worth it. I also haven't messed around much with the oled screen as of yet.

      Hello @@Wolfgang790tech, thanks for your reply.
      Not sure if i understand your questions, but i will do my best guess:
      -If RGB means the fancy colors of the keyboard, no, i don't need RGB keyboard colors at all.
      - If the design means a compact keyboard with arrows, yes, i need that keyboard design.
      My daily work requires massive use of mouse and keyboard shortcuts. This keyboard would allow me more space in the desk and this model looks like the only decent option with Portuguese layout. Furthermore I can't install any driver in the machine I will be using it, so just the basic functions of a normal but compact keyboard, that is what I am looking for.

    Hi Wolfgang, so I was testing my replacement Asus Rog Falchion NX in 2.4 ghz wireless mode, and I noticed that pressing more than 6 keys at the same time some of the keys would register multiple times. On the other hand, the wired mode at least works with 10 keys (have not tested more than 10 keys).
    An example would be pressing the keys a s d f j k l ; at the same time, but it would register as ;lkjaf;ds. Notice the double “;”. Is this behaviour normal for the wireless mode?
    I made sure that the firmware is up to date, I reset the keyboard multiple times, and then I uninstalled (with uninstall tool) and reinstalled armoury crate, but the issue still persists. I also tested the keyboard on my laptop with a fresh install of armoury crate, and the same behaviour occurs there too.
    Can you please confirm if you are having a similar issue as me or is this normal behaviour?

    • @Wolfgang790tech

      Hmmm, I was able to get up yo 8 simultaneous keys in wireless mode, are you using a keyboard tester?

    • @hidden2279
      @hidden2279 Год назад

      @@Wolfgang790tech Not really. When using the keyboard in wireless mode (no wire connected at all) I, pressed 7 or 8 keys on the Google search bar (or any other typing format like Google docs, etc.) and I noticed that any 7+ keys that are pressed simultaneously causes some keys to register twice. On the other hand, I tested the keyboard in wired mode and found no keys registering twice when pressing 7 or 8 keys simultaneously in a Google search bar.
      Can you please try this: When using the keyboard in wireless mode (meaning no wire connected at all to the keyboard), can you please do a test where you press 7 or 8 keys simultaneously on a Google Search Bar and tell me the outcome if any keys are registered twice or not? I would like to know if this is just my unit or if it is normal behaviour.
      Note: when using the keyboard in wireless mode, you should not have any usb wired connection to the keyboard as the keyboard will prioritize the wired connection over the dongle, therefore it would still be considered the wired mode. Therefore, when testing wirelessly, please remove any usb connection. (This behaviour happens to me, but maybe it doesn’t happen to you?)
