You know i never realized how a level 2 ult gowther could match DK levels of absurdity like disabling everything.. just a thought
That skill disable is pretty nice. DK ult is probably gonna kill by the time you get enough ult levels to disable everything.
The turn 1 kills are super nice to have. The problem I’m having is running into gelda teams where I can’t figure out WHO to kill because everyone is a huge threat after a couple turns. My brain keeps defaulting to estarossa but the level 2 ban combo seems overkill for him…
Leaving either gelda or meli alive with estarossa turn 2 and having to deal with encroach is just too annoying
Yeah the demon team has some big problems to take care of when facing them. I often have trouble determining who to target.
after some days after gowther got released, i realised him with meli is definitely not that good together, since meli doesnt need a buff card but need an attack card instead to apply his debuffs for his balls.
It's alright with Meli but definitely not going to activate his passive as fast as other teams.

I do love this concept of gowther being after 7ds ended hes on his own journey i do like that i feel like restrictions do hurt him a bit but maybe down road we'll get more sins and he'll flourish as a unit
We will have to see I guess. Not sure how much they plan to focus on the 4 Knights content and characters.

Ban is just a good unit. He isn’t op but he is good and versatile which is how all units should be imo.

Yes. 15% basic stats, cleanse, rank up, ult drain, hp increase, and dmg support. Very good units for sins.
I do, the only downside is you aren't doing triple AOE setups with Meli. BUT most teams use debuffers right now so Meli can still get his passive pretty consistently.
People fr be underestimating how strong ban with rankup can be. Level 2 snipes are *dangerous.* I genuinely believe bans level 3 snipe with 7 debuffs is better than an all creation meli level 3 single target in most situations
It definitely kills just about anything in the game. Crazy what a gold card will do for Ban.
They gave Elizabeth the humans in her passive (???), they gave Ban the fairies, they gave Gelda the demons, but they can't make Elizabeth count as a sin or let Gowther play with unknowns to help Zahard with his card rank gimmick or sins in general instead than forcing you to not use Escanor and Ban together or Merlin alongside him, not that I care because I run demons all day all night but very weird lmao.
I agree, they locked him down quite a bit with the passive unfortunately. But thats just another reason for most to skip him and save for better banners.
