  • Inflate the grad 18” foil
    Inflate the first duplet 2 pumps in each 5” balloon tie together
    Inflate second duplet tie together
    Twist the duplets together to form a quad or collar
    Inflate the second tier of duplets- 4 pumps
    Inflate the two more duplets with 4 pumps
    Tie the duplets together to make the second quad/collar tier
    Take a 260 latex lay it flat at the end of the stem of the foil and roll them up to the base of the balloon and tie in a knot
    Put the larger quad on the bottom and the smaller quad on the top.
    Take your 18” foil with the 260 and stretch the 260 around the two quads and tie underneath.
    Where it is tied underneath add a 65-gram weight to keep the centerpiece straight
    Add ribbon if desired to the front and back of the foil above the quad

      A 260Q latex balloon, normally for balloon twisting.
