when we left in 1979 from Angeles City, Pampanga at age 7 at a David's Compound on Nepopuceno Street to Balibago by Clark Air Base on California Street until 9 then destine to U.S... been here over 3 decades now... and sure is a lot of changes/transition of how it was. I remember that entrance to Clark Airbase an actual stop post before you go in (with that big hat) .... wow.. what a change, I'll be going back home before retirement..everything is soooo expensive here... I miss home!
Yessir. Been in almost all 50 states and have yet to see a mall in America (except of course the ones located on the strip in Las Vegas) that looks better than the ones in the 🇵🇭. That includes NYC, Miami, Chicago, San Antonio River Walk, SF, LA, Hawaii. Don’t get me wrong😊, they are really nice but the shopping malls in the P.I. have better designs/architecture. Unfortunately, the middle class population in 🇵🇭 is nowhere like 🇺🇸 but it’s growing fast. I mean it’s less than 100 yrs old from when we gained our independence from Uncle Sam so I guess it’s still developing so for now you’re either super rich or super poor, generally speaking😅.
