  • In today’s video we make a Kydex holster for a Staccato P with the new Modlite PL-350 weapon light from start to finish. No words, no music, just the sound of our manufacturing process!     The new coolest episode of "How It's Made". Really liked the video man, just looking at all the different pieces of machinery and materials was cool (really jealous of that cubby with all the lights and weapons). When he pulled the slab of kydex out, at first I thought it was a record hahaha. Keep up the good work, guys!!

    Very satisfying ASMR. Maybe some hoods were off just to record this video, but even though kydex is safe, please wear PPE or trap that dust flying everywhere.

    Hey Roger you need to teach a class on this I've been wanting to get onto making kydex holsters just don't know how to get started, plus I need a DM on price for my Staccato with an inforce light and RMR optic and my BULL Armory SAS II ultralight with a olight PL mini which I might add I purchased after seeing your review on it. This is the second gun I bought after seeing your reviews 😆

    Is it possible/any tips for converting staccato p surefire x300 holster to work with my new PL350? During the lead time for my holster I acquired the light and hoped it would fit but it. does. not. :( :( :(

    Handbuilt custom quality. Prob in the near future will able to have those molds CNC machine cut to speed up the process and just hand finished.

      It’ll probably fit our 5” 1911 with x300. Every holster we make has adjustable retention. Our holsters fit a variety of 1911s. Worst case you would have to do some minor adjustments but nothing that is too difficult.

    Hey, the video is so amazing! But one thing made my butt burn as a rocket engine. The guy cutting stuff with saw and NO GLOVES!!!!11 Is this you less favourite employee? Please tell us that was just for show, and in regular work all your people strictly use personal protection equipment.

      I don’t use gloves when using the bandsaw. Wood shop class in college taught us not to, as the glove can get caught in the blade and pull your hand in. Thanks for checking out the video 👍🏼👊🏻🤘🏼

      It’s a single action only pistol. They’re always locked and cocked otherwise they won’t fire.

      Sure we do all the time. We have over 3000 orders pending and it takes us that long to get to the orders that come in. We are working on new methods to get the leadtime down. A blessing and a curse.
