Jimmy Carter was the first President I voted for when I turned 18 they had just changed the voting age from 21 to 18. I have always felt enormously proud that this was my first choice for president and I have never wavered in that pride. He was a great president and always try to do the right thing in a very challenging environment. I have been to the Carter library three times and considering I have lived in California and New York State these were not easy visits. It is most gorgeous in the spring when the gardens are in full bloom. I recommend everyone make a donation to the Carter Center to thank Jimmy Carter for all that he has done to make the world a better place. He is one of the best examples of an American president because like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln he always wanted to do what was truly moral for the American people. His moral code was exceptionally strong, and he is a modern example to anyone embarking on a political career.

My brother volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in Winnipeg, Canada. I was so proud of him. Carter was the definition of kindness.

Jimmy Carter was the first President I voted for when I turned 18 they had just changed the voting age from 21 to 18. I have always felt enormously proud that this was my first choice for president and I have never wavered in that pride. He was a great president and always try to do the right thing in a very challenging environment. I have been to the Carter library three times and considering I have lived in California and New York State these were not easy visits. It is most gorgeous in the spring when the gardens are in full bloom. I recommend everyone make a donation to the Carter Center to thank Jimmy Carter for all that he has done to make the world a better place. He is one of the best examples of an American president because like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln he always wanted to do what was truly moral for the American people. His moral code was exceptionally strong, and he is a modern example to anyone embarking on a political career.

President Carter was a servant for God . He showed true humility , courage , compassion and a true understanding of the plight of all people , not just some . I'm praying that all he's accomplished with the Carter Foundation will continue to proceed forward . His Grandson believes this to be true because of the team that they've assembled .
