This is an excellent step by step, I’m not mechanically inclined but was easily able to follow the video, remove the carb, clean, reassemble and the bike started first thing. I had the same problem, bike was laid up over the winter and wouldn’t start. Thanks John!!!!

My kids 2018 will not idle after sitting over the winter. I'll follow this as it should be similar to clean the carb. Thanks for the little humor about editing making things so smooth lol

This will definitely help with that, as the idle issues are almost always due to a dirty carb

@@John5XR thanks, I'll comment here on what I find this weekend when I check it out. I did just order some of the tiny carb cleaning brushes because I've always just figured the force of the carb cleaner would do the trick. This may be way I find myself ordering new carbs lol

My crf110 (2017) seems to idle high then low then high randomly. Wondering if it’s a carb clean need Great video. I may need to replace or clean to start my problem solving

Can you tell me where the other end of the carb air vent hose goes? I pulled mine out and am having a heck of a time reading the diagram in the manual.

Good work, but some minor constructive criticism.
You didnt clean emulsion tube main jet goes into. 7mm removes it, and it has small ports loke pilot that need to be clean. Also remove the air fuel jet and srping and clean that port well with cleaner, then air on all the cqrbs ports.
Also it take less than 2 minutes to remove that entire shourd to gain clean open access to the entire carb. Take the plastic off and save yourself time and frustration.

Lol, it’s easier to be silly when you add the voiceover during editing.
