You did get through a bunch and many of my favorites. WOW! That Over the River tumbler was a nightmare like you said. Dangerous too. I am glad that nothing happened. I need to try a Black Sand Beach candle because the meltcup was too strong and floral but my guess is that the candle would be a better balance of scents. What happened with that World Journeys candle? OMG I have never seen such a sight. LOL I have a couple of the D.W Home candles in jars like that one. Cool video. If you put the tumbler jars in the freezer overnight the wax will compress and become loose, then just tap the bottom of the jar and Voila! Clean, empty tumbler jar. Then I buy candle wicking from a craft store, melt the old wax down in a pot over the stove and make "FrankenCandle".
I envy the days you get to work from home, I love seeing your IG posts just chillin and burning! I hardly have any time during the week to burn. Happy Tonight might just about be my favorite colonge scented candle from any company. And I always struggle with the soot on the 2 wicks. I wish I could get through that many Yankees! Hey Kevin! Great empties! I love summer scoop too. I was at Walmart recently and they carry the YC company American Home. They had out a strawberry scent that is literally summer scoop with a similar label. Walmart also had the brand new original summer Yankee candle large jars for $20. I was surprised. I hope that don't have more quality issues with them being in Walmart now.

Awesome empties, Kevin! We are totally on the same page with the two wick tumblers, I am just not a fan! The 1 wicks are low maintenance and always perform well/throw the best. I'm so impressed with how Yankees spring/summer lines are doing so far, I see a huge improvement in the throw on them! Thanks for sharing, and hope you're doing well buddy
Warm Woolen Mittens is one of my favorites. I didn't stock when they were out because mine were so light, but then it kicked in and was crazy strong. I love Volcano. I want to try Capri Blue's Blue Denim.
Yankee in my opinion has gone down hill massively over the past 10 years- Cheap wax and the scent throw in many cases is terrible for the price. Much cheaper and better scent throw by making your own candles using Soy wax and essential oils.
Wow I really like my big 2 wick tumblr, mine is a little smoky too but I love how it's burning, so sad yours didn't work out! The large jars never work well for me....they tunnel and take over 8 hours to pool out, yuck ! Glad you had a lot of good luck, this was fun. Just smelled Mantown in stores and it's nice! Omg I think I have Capri Blue Volcano! Randomly found it in a gift shop and she had it going, it's so nice - my mom has the tin version! Didn't even recognize the packaging but how could you forget a candle called volcano!

Don’t burn your candles so low, any glass contained candles. This is how a fire started in my neighbours house. The glass exploded leaving the flame exposed, which started the fire causing flames to erupt within seconds. They where trapped inside but luckily a quick response time from fire crew they got out. But if we the neighbours never heard to bang of the candle, well then 🤷🏻♂️

I find that it's a wick problem some two wick tumblers have that braided wick that unravels when it burns and those soot like a MOTHER!!!! I bought like 6 from tj max that don't have that crappy wick and they've burned perfectly no sooting issues with a great throw!!
Hi Kevin, I don't like the YC standard tumbler 1 or 2 wick soy candles as they smoke a lot. I frequently burn World Journeys paraffin wax candles as they are so strong and I have not had any smoking issues with them so surprised that you got one that sooted badly.I love All Is Bright plus Beach Holiday as I have found them to be great performers, plus loving the other candles that we can't readily get here in the UK. Wow really enjoyed this video. Do you have a candle warmer you can use to get the last fragrance out your best candles? I am a newbie at candle burning. I started out melting wax cubes in a scentsy warmer I purchased from my supervisor. I watch alot of videos and Anthony from candlecafe is also one of my favorites. Yeah so the two wick is a no no. It seems to give so many a hard way to go and normally I dont buy anything but the medium jars. I buy Yankee and bath and body works candles. I did just get a small one wick yankee tumbler on sale. It was guava coconut fusion. No burn issues but keep trimming that wick it mushrooms like crazy! Love your videos and great advise on having a base to place your candles for safety.

Oh I think I saw you haul cotton candy. if so I would love a review on that one. I saw it in marshals the large jar for $12.99. I didnt see Summer Scoop in Marshals yet. That Black Sand Beach candle sounds good. I've burned a lot of World Journey Candles and never had a problem with soot. I've had problems with their 2 wick tumblers in their regular line up but not with the World Journeys. I would give the World Journeys another chance. You may have had a dud. Great empties!

Daniel Hernandez Hey ya -- I burn candles for very long periods of time -- and sometimes the candles get very hot and the flame and wick gets high. I have so many candles I just consider it "used". Thx for watching!

i wonder how these scents are concocted? do they contain real extract oils from the lemons, lime, etc?

The Candle Enthusiast No difference noticed! I burn outdoors often. When a/c is I find myself burning longer !
