I keep getting robo rejected. How do I get through the ATS to have a human look at it? I add keywords from the job description, my resume is plain, and I keep getting rejected. It's so frustrating and I feel like the robots are gonna dictate my employedness (is that even a word haha). Yes, I'm networking too. Any tips??
ATS is just scoring based on keywords; it's depending on it being properly configured and those words appearing on your resume. Are you sending follow ups to the recruiter or hiring manager after you apply (or finding a way to connect before)?

The job shouldnt be about the company, it should be about if ur gonna like working there or not, what dream company, where i live its all grocery stores and resteraunts, i dont wanna do any of that. im 49, thats all ive done my whole life, taking a job just to take one
