I can’t help but think that this is the saddest fangame ever, emotionally. I mean, to me it looks exactly like Sans and Chara/Frisk are eternally trapped fighting each other, neither giving in.

Failed Pacifist is the saddest one. The Toxin battle will end sometime later. Dust!Sans had to live through rndless genocides. Dustbelief Papyrus had to kill his own brother intending to stop the human. But in Failed Pacifist, your enemy is the one you used as the puppet. You made them do the horrible things others had to live through.
This is a great AU of sans. He was starting to look like gaster as the game progresses. Maybe he is calling for him.

If toxin can take hits and dodge he could take a hit then start dodging again until he gets hit again and drag out the fight for an hour or more
Ok, I've seen, and tried, some hard fan games, but this is some crazy sh*t. I mean seriously, what in the heck. Honestly phase 4 (if it ever comes out, unlike so many other cool looking fan games) is gonna be SICK... Get it? Sick, because of the toxic retribution? *Sighs* Forget it, its not even that funny. Well speaking of funny, I met a person (online, its how I meet most people anyways. I've been self-quarantined for the past 4 years.) who was, in the middle of a public lobby on Call of Duty Black Ops 3 of all places, who was dissing not only Undertale, but Merg and a few other youtubers who have played Undertale. This will be long so there is a TLDR at the end. This person was being extremely toxic to a bunch of people who just enjoyed the game and wanted to play it, I learned why later, but I still don't think his anger was justified, I especially didn't think that when I joined first heard it with no explanation at on why Undertale is trash, just that it is. (He was saying crud like "The game is so bad, everyone who thinks its good is stupid.", I don't remember exactly what he said but he was throwing shade at some youtubers like Jacksepticeye, Markiplier and Merg.) So I turned on my microphone and (in my best impersonation of what I think sans would sound like) said, "Hey. Kiddo, you're really pissing me off. So... I got a question for ya... Do you wanna have a bad time?" (they sounded 12 or so, it probably won't surprise you if I said I was on X-box.) I was actually the specter character with the skeleton suit on at the time, so I told him what I looked like and he proceeded to say, "I'm gonna enjoy wiping the floor with you. You're so dead." It was at this moment the kid started trying to target and kill only me, emphasis on TRYING. I killed him, 5 times in a row, each time I said an improvised version of sans' dialogue after a death, like after the first death I said, "You frustrated about something. Guess I'm pretty good at my job, huh?" and so on. I heard him try to give the controller to someone else, but I could just barely hear, "You got yourself into this mess. I'm not getting you out of it.", I may or may not have laughed a little, which was enough of a distraction for him to catch me off guard. He finally killed me, but I pulled, what I like to call, a mega mind play. So this is a 12(or so) year old toxic kid, can you guess what he did after he killed me?... If you said he t-bagged the you are correct, so I had my tomahawk, in case I get the urge to trick shot on the last kill, and was able jump into the area and quickly yeeted my tomahawk. It missed, he jumped back in surprise, and the tomahawk bounced off the wall and into his back for the last kill. (I didn't even realize until then that it was 75 to 40, we crushed them with me getting the second most kills, 20, 6 of them being the person.) The final kill cam gave everyone the 2 of us a replay of it, and the rest of it saw how that confident little crud lost them the game. (He kinda did, since the whole teams was trying to protect him and keep him from dying so much, because he was just rushing head-first into the war zone, trying to kill me and only me. I watched him rush right by 2 people once, and then instead of focusing on the game after killing me, started t-bagging.) After the match he apparently had to get off, or just didn't want to play anymore and got off, because I got a message from another account apologizing for his little brother and explained that the little brother had bought Undertale on Steam and tried to play it because he saw so many youtubers playing it and wanted to try. However, since he was switching from a controller to pc, he was not very good at the game and kept dying in the Ruins and Snowdin so he got angry at the game and didn't want to play it and was upset he wasted money on it. Now I can understand not wanting to play a game if you keep dying (mine was Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, the games are fun but dying has a harsh penalty and the A.I.s sometimes have the brainpower of a bar of lead.), and maybe calling it bad too. However if you just randomly start cussing youtubers out for just playing a game (he was cussing, I just decided not to include any of it.) then I draw the line in the sand. So the lesson is, if you don't like a game, ok, but don't just randomly start crucifying it in a public lobby because you're mad, that is just so uncool.
TLDR: Kid got mad after dying in Undertale, and attacks Undertale and people who play it. So sans whops his a*s, and embarrassed him in the final kill cam in Call of Duty Black Ops 3 during a game of team death match.

I love how toxin pays attention to sans' eye colour and marches it to the game. Kinda.
In undertale it was light blue and yellow, patience + justice. Just like sans. He "judges" you by murdering you and he's lazy. Boom.
In this game's final phase, it says "sans is determined to beat you" so red and yellow, determination + justice.

When Phase 4 comes out and you have to do Phase 3 again, here's a tip: You can pray to recover max hp and you just have to face a slightly faster praying attack (But props to you for doing it without praying, I didn't even think that was possible).
