I’ve watched some of these clips about Jeremiah and Gus and I don’t normally care for reality shows, but I’m drawn in, and if I am to believe that this behavior between these two are genuine, then my take is this: Jeremiah is definitely a small town guy with not a lot of experience with outside people, like he’s not a city boy. But I think he was optimistic about making new friends and he does care more about other people than he does himself. Not to say that he doesn’t care about himself because clearly he does but it is refreshing to know that someone like Jeremiah will go out of his way to comfort somebody that he calls his friends. Maybe go out of his way to teach a stranger about respect, respectfully that is. Something I have heard on a podcast that dealt with relationships between men and women, and how it can sometimes apply to friends or regular people. There’s a term that I’ve heard on this podcast called “brackish bitches” It comes from brackish fish. These are fish that thrive in muddy dirty water full of bacteria and all sorts of essentially harmful substances. People wash in bath in these kind of waters, they shit and piss in it as well. you take that same brackish fish and place them in freshwater, they become uncomfortable, eventually they’re stressed and then they die. Some people thrive on toxic bacteria infested environments aka bad family life, rough kids around the corner, bullies etc, and they cannot take being or absorbing the energy of someone who is caring and just being a genuine good person to everybody. They could probably stomach it for a while but eventually it comes to head where a toxic person and a good authentic person will not mix and the longer they stay the more one side corrupts. Not for nothing but it seems like Gus is ok with being toxic and pretends to have a moral code and he calls it real. Ok if it’s real then it’s real, and I’ve met plenty of toxic people who claimed being real excuses bad behavior. I’m say to them “ok cool, thanks for telling me your toxicity is real and I won’t waste my time being around you after this. I’m good.” Jeremiah I think maybe he’s come to a good place where he accepts peoples flaws as long as it’s not detrimental to his well being and will still show support and kindness because that’s HIS character. People like that are a treasure and not to be taken advantage of. I was once asked by a stranger “would you want YOU as your best friend? Like if a copy of you was standing next to you, he’s just like you in almost every way? Would you want that?” I thought about it and said “I think that would be bad because I feel like I’d let myself down and not talk big or bring my self esteem up..” The guy says to me “if you wouldn’t want YOU as your own best friend, that means you don’t like who you are, and if you’re NOT ok with who you think you are, you can either accept it and live in your own comfortable misery, or you can start today to slowly become someone else. Be someone who is not a burden, who is not useless, be someone who helps others when they’re down, be someone that you’d want to have in your corner backing you up…” Idk about anyone else, and as much as I try to be a good genuine person, it would be great to have a guy like Jeremiah be in my corner, bring up my self esteem, make me feel like I matter too.

Aimee is a legit woman and someone that could put Jeremiah in his place when he needs to be and Jeremiah brings such an energy into Aimee life that makes her have more fun

I’ve watched some of these clips about Jeremiah and Gus and I don’t normally care for reality shows, but I’m drawn in, and if I am to believe that this behavior between these two are genuine, then my take is this:
Jeremiah is definitely a small town guy with not a lot of experience with outside people, like he’s not a city boy. But I think he was optimistic about making new friends and he does care more about other people than he does himself.
Not to say that he doesn’t care about himself because clearly he does but it is refreshing to know that someone like Jeremiah will go out of his way to comfort somebody that he calls his friends.
Maybe go out of his way to teach a stranger about respect, respectfully that is.
Something I have heard on a podcast that dealt with relationships between men and women, and how it can sometimes apply to friends or regular people.
There’s a term that I’ve heard on this podcast called “brackish bitches”
It comes from brackish fish. These are fish that thrive in muddy dirty water full of bacteria and all sorts of essentially harmful substances.
People wash in bath in these kind of waters, they shit and piss in it as well.
you take that same brackish fish and place them in freshwater, they become uncomfortable, eventually they’re stressed and then they die.
Some people thrive on toxic bacteria infested environments aka bad family life, rough kids around the corner, bullies etc, and they cannot take being or absorbing the energy of someone who is caring and just being a genuine good person to everybody.
They could probably stomach it for a while but eventually it comes to head where a toxic person and a good authentic person will not mix and the longer they stay the more one side corrupts.
Not for nothing but it seems like Gus is ok with being toxic and pretends to have a moral code and he calls it real.
Ok if it’s real then it’s real, and I’ve met plenty of toxic people who claimed being real excuses bad behavior. I’m say to them “ok cool, thanks for telling me your toxicity is real and I won’t waste my time being around you after this. I’m good.”
Jeremiah I think maybe he’s come to a good place where he accepts peoples flaws as long as it’s not detrimental to his well being and will still show support and kindness because that’s HIS character.
People like that are a treasure and not to be taken advantage of.

Idk about anyone else, and as much as I try to be a good genuine person, it would be great to have a guy like Jeremiah be in my corner, bring up my self esteem, make me feel like I matter too.
