I use the default UI raid frames with class colors with power bars and status text set to percent in the raid UI options. You can unlock them to move them around and resize the frames

Yea especially on 10m lol. We just alternate who tank heals every time a new person soaks the fragment

@@Adrytl and do you manually casts your healing spells or do you have other addon(s) to do that?
I manually cast them and use mouseover macros for all my healing spells
