I doubt a man with such feeling in his body and brain will ever stop playing & singing. Even if invisible to us.
    I’m happy if he’s happy.

    当時、ここでラーズの音楽が聴けたのは幸運だった。こんな幸せな瞬間は人生滅多にない。終わった後オアシスの会場走って行ったけどはじまってなかったね。ノエル、ラーズ大好きだもんね。

Blur were better too. But there’s no accounting for taste. That’s why Sixpence.has 32 million views of their awful cover.

yes, Oasis became much more popular but the La's had far better songs and a much better singer than Oasis in my opinion.

@@rrdream2400 the las didn't have that many great songs else they equidistant released more..steve lillywhite was the genius behind this ..it would have never been received as the gem that it is in lesser hands

@@modernchampionmusic81 with your logic Britney Spears had better songs than Oasis because she sold more records. And how could it be received as a gem with only 1 good song? You contradict yourself. Most people upon hearing the La's demos realize there was nothing genius about Lillywhite's work on that album, he threw a wet blanket on their sparkle. Lee Mavers is up there with Peter Green and Syd Barrett in my opinion. Noel Gallagher himself said Mavers was the only guy that scared him because he knew he was a better writer and a better singer than his brother.

      @@rrdream2400 .
I mentioned nothing about selling records so that part is getting ignored.
Those demos even including leckies version weren't up to much. The lillywhite version took it too smother level and gave it a Hollywood gloss he wouldn't have got anywhere near
The rest of the album were demos and were fine better on other sessions.. timeless melody suffered the worst.
At the end of it all he has released nothing else.He couldn't follow up and created a cult following around himself and the rest is all drugs
Its all hype ..people who smoke too much crack that put him on a pedestal..gallagher doesn't need to get scared he just nicks tunes rearranges them and usually improves on them..were talking about second division players compared to the real geniuses like lennon McCartney Davies The Who and Dylan..and B.Wilson
