    Unfortunately you getting what you paying for . You should try Costa Lopesan Melonares is 5 star but will cost you much more and better standards . The hotel you presenting is very basic like basic price people pay to stay there.

      Watch it again and listen to what we say about what basic standards are and what should be provided, we've stayed in many many hotels from basic to high end 5* ,and the saying that you get what you pay for isn't always the case, thanks for watching

    Never again , 1 star hotel beacuse of reception and Tui work together to scam hotel guest 🤬

    Watched your review and I think your assessment of this hotel is overly critical. Roping in other equally fussy folk using terms like “absolutely manky “ images of a few bits of paper on the laundrette floor. We stayed last year and going back on Wednesday 6th September. We found it to be basic but clean throughout, we had a few cockroaches but you get those anywhere. It seems like you have gone out of your way to denigrate the place by saying the whole hotel is unclean. It’s a budget hotel, perhaps you should align your expectations to the budget. As someone who posted a positive trip advisor review I am now labelled by you as a person that spreads false information. WOW!!

      Hello, our reviews are on the day and at the time of staying, the lady who contributed her opinions were hers and her sons opinions, not everyone has the same standards, we've travelled all over the world both budget and 5* for many years and unlike TripAdvisor, RUclips videos show the visual and not potentially made up opinions that can be either correct or incorrect, if you enjoyed the hotel then that's you, we didn't so that's yours and our opinions, enjoy your next holiday to gran canaria

      @@petenchelleuk I agree that it is a matter of opinion, my standards are not so high that I would call the whole hotel manky. I too have stayed all over the world from luxury 5* to the most basic of accommodation. Now we have agreed that the content of a review is subject to the timing and the opinion (depending on your standards) how does that equate to spreading misinformation if I provide a good review?

      @patrick2504 the word manky was the words of the lady and not ours, her complaints and opinions were different to ours, if you're happy with your experience of the hotel and you left a gleaming report then lovely, we vlog and provide the visual evidence of every hotel we stay in, not saying your trip advisor review is not correct but it's based on your stay at the time and if your standard isn't high , your words by the way, then that's fine, have a lovely holiday
