    Love the video. Thanks for the oil in the DC tip! I cleanse my scalp twice a week and deep condition each time, but sometimes I feel as if my deep conditioner could be more softening so I’m definitely going to use that tip 🤗

      Thank you so much for watching! 💜 I really hope that this trip works for you, adding oil definitely helps soften the deep condition and overall my hair after rinsing it out.

    Yay! First to comment. Wholeheartedly agree with your tips, especially not extending wash day beyond 10 days.

      Thanks Shelley! ☺️❤️- I definitely understand on those days where you need to extend wash day but I try my very best to minimize that. Washing weekly does make a difference in my hair and is not so tangled up. Thanks for watching queen!

    Your so right about wash day being so much harder if you didn't take care of your hair during the week. I love these tips so much, Rosie! 💛🙌🏾

      Thank you so much Queen! 🥰 It really does make a huge difference. My wash days aren’t dreadful because i keep up with my moisturizing regimen. And the longer your hair gets the more you should up upkeep with keeping it moisturize. Thanks so much for watching. 💗

      @@rosiecurlycrown omg, this tip has helped me soo much in just 24 short Hours! LOL! I moisturized before bed last night, and again this morning and seriously, my hair looked sooo different - it was smooth, it was curly, it was not frizzy like usual - just WOW. Thanks for the awesome tip Rosie!!! 🙌🏾

      I’m so happy to hear that! 🎉☺️ Keeping our hair moisturize really does make a huge difference, especially during this time of year when the weather is a lot colder and our curls tend to get a little bit more dry. Appreciate you sharing your experience Queen, Thank you! 💗

    Hey Rosie, thanks for another great video! I cleanse my hair 1x/week and I always deep condition as well. I'm thinking of stretching my protective styles to every 2-4 weeks using my wigs so that I can still enjoy different styles/lengths. My only issue with washing my hair so frequently is that it tends to mess up my wig braids. I need to figure out a way to braid my hair tighter so that the braids don't get so unruly after the first wash.

    Hi Rosie, one big takeaway I learned from your tips is not waiting for you hair to look dry and having a schedule. When you wear buns do you take your hair down every night and twist or is it ok to moisturize and leave the hair in a bun and wrap before bed?

    • @rosiecurlycrown
      @rosiecurlycrown  2 года назад +3

      Hi Kourtney! ❤️ When I do my buns, I make sure I use a good moisturizer and I use an oil to seal in the moisture. I usually like to keep my bun in for 2-3 days, it gives me a break, I’m not manipulating my hair and during those days, i use a refresher spray to spray my bun to keep it hydrated until i take my hair down and moisturize it. I love wearing buns as a protective style because it’s simple, i can keep it in for a few days and easily take my hair down to moisturize it.

      @@rosiecurlycrown thanks for the tips Rosie, with my fine hair the less manipulation is better. I’ve been spraying my bun too.

    I should definitely start adding some oils to my deep conditioners. I haven't really done this because I figured that the deep conditioner formulas are good as they are, but I really think I'll try this at some point soon.

      @@rosiecurlycrown Yes! Will do for this wash day over the weekend. Do you add oils to all of your deep conditioners, even the protein ones? I'm guessing you would if you want more slip.

    • @rosiecurlycrown
      @rosiecurlycrown  2 года назад

      Yes, i always add oil. My hair really loves it. I have more slip and overall my hair is much more manageable which helps make my wash days a smoother process. Definitely give it a try when you can and Let me know what you think.☺️
