@Zack_Zander it's a bit ambiguous since at first I thought you could because it's going to disappear when you make the move, meaning when you make the move, it would dissappear and place itself where the dissapearing move was, but making it block the square is better for gameplay, because a blocking move for Tic-Tac-Toe would be a win in 3 turns automatically because the opposing player would be able to place on the square they got blocked on when the turn would turn to them and the dissapearing move was the block

@@SmarterObjects From what I understand, if the spot is disappearing and you make a 3 connection, then you don't win correct?
So multiple times I saw that you are trying to block her "3 connection", but then we see that when it's her turn, one of the connection is actually disappearing for her. So you wasted your move blocking something that didn't need to be blocked correct?
I don't really know the rules, but this is what I saw and deduced from the video.
Hence the issue here is, if you waste your move to block her disappearing line, that's why you "could have won so many times". E.g if you see O _ O and first O is disappearing on her turn, I dunno why but you put an X on the middle spot. That would not get her to win even if she did O O O, because one of them disappears.
@yunsha9986 Firstly, thank you for your input, respect from us. The rule of this game is simple: every three moves you make, your first move will dim, and on your fifth move, it will disappear. You can’t place a new mark over the dimmed move, and the dimmed move doesn’t count for winning. It just serves as a reminder. The tricky part is that both players need to constantly remember each other’s moves.

It just seems like they just like being together, they dont care if they win or lose, and if the game never ends then neither does their time together. Me and my ex girlfriend had occasional nights like these and those moments will live forever inside me

Look at when X has a 2 ways win, however the middle X is actually despawning next move, making X not winning, see the middle of the video

The first player wins? Pretty sure in this one (as long they don’t throw before the fourth turn) both players have the same opportunity since by the fourth turn it doesn't matter who played first or second with all the oldest pieces being removed.

This is actually a smart way to play it, because normally there are very few winning conditions and if you know what those conditions are, all tic tac toe games will end in a draw

Your girl made a mistake on her second turn. It is a cool idea and great but it is still the same game. The only difference is that you need better foresight to try and beat your opponent. However if both players have practiced a few games then each game should be played in perpetual. Cool game you made I'm sure from a business standpoint its certainly successful! 🔥

However, I think you need to think a bit differently than in classic tic tac toe for this game. I'm not sure how she made the mistake on the 2nd turn. How did she make that mistake? When you put x/o fading one disappears so it's not there anymore to count

The order of operations that the game appears to be going is
1. Display mark that is going to disappear as faded
2. Player inputs desired location for next mark
3. Remove faded mark
4. Display new mark and check for win
5. Repeat
So yes as the other two in these comments have said, they don't count anymore
