I've just finished a Maths and Physics degree at uni and I found myself relearning all of this during the video. It completely left my brain, which is either really telling of the education system or just my stupidity lol. I really wish I had this during my A-Levels though
Finally the video i was looking for, especially for the trig rules. Not a single other comprehensive list video with all the trig identities i needed. My go to yt channel exam solutions, even they don’t have all the trig identities in the form that is asked for in questions but instead just shows the proof for them so theres no condensed section with all the info at once.
Thank you for coming out with a great useful video that is good for last-minute revision. When I get a grade of A, you are one of the reasons. Once again thanks.
Second derivative = 0 is not sufficient to show that it is a point of inflection, you must also show that there is a change in concavity ( gradient is +ve on both side of inflection point or gradient is -ve on both sides)
I'm coming to the end of my first year in college and I do Further Maths (FM) and the fact that I've done the whole of first year and vast majority of second year regular Maths is shocking and crazy to me because not only I have to remember lots of content but also the fact that time is going so fast!!
Thank you! Yes, there will be a FS1 video like this coming soon - I am a bit behind with some of my recordings right now over the holidays, but I plan to get back to it soon!
the trig integration ones that you list that you say arent in the formula book (secxtanx, cosec^2x, cosecxcotx), actually are, they are just in the differentiation section so you just have to look for the f'(x) column where they all are

It’s super rare, but sometimes it’s worth knowing that cos50 is equivalent to sin40 for example. There’s been an equation previously where making this switch makes solving it really simple, and otherwise makes it nearly impossible!
